Lovely stay! The appartment is exactly as described so great value for what you pay (central location, clean, good host, you have anything that you could need). The only aspect that could be improved is the cleaniness. It is clean overall but a few details that make a difference could be cleaner :)

Il giorno precedente il nostro arrivo Dan ci ha fornito istruzioni molto dettagliate per effettuare il self check-in, quindi è stato facile recuperare le chiavi ed accedere all'alloggio. Appena entrati si percepisce un'atmosfera molto accogliete e piacevole, tutto è come nelle foto. L'appartamento è molto luminoso, pulito e sufficientemente ampio per 2 persone, il letto è grande e molto comodo, così come pure il bagno. Nonostante ci fosse in quel periodo una festa con band musicale nella piazza adiacente, la posizione al 7mo piano e degli ottimi serramenti in casa, non si percepiva rumore così il riposo notturno non è stato disturbato. La posizione è eccellente, in centro e con tutti i negozi che si desiderano a pochi passi. Adorerete la poltrona gialla in soggiorno e la sedia verde in camera da letto. L'aspetto negativo è stato quello di dover fare il check-out per la vacanza terminata. Tornerò sicuramente.

Perfect Stay In Timișoara City CenterI had an amazing time staying at Dan's place! The apartment was clean, spacious, and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet, but still close to great restaurants, cafes, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the area.Dan was incredibly welcoming and provided us with great local tips. The check-in process was seamless, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfy, and the kitchen was fully equipped, which was a nice bonus!I would highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Timișoara. I’d definitely book again the next time I’m in town!

Idéalement situé dans une rue tranquille à quelques pas du cœur historique de Timișoara, cet appartement plutôt spacieux, moderne et très bien équipé, est parfait pour un couple ou un voyageur solo. On s'y sent un peu comme à la maison.Certes, l'entrée de l'immeuble dans une allée un peu sombre, et l'ascenseur paraissant centenaire, ne sont pas rassurants au premier abord, mais aucun souci, tout est sûr et fonctionne parfaitement. Dan, notre hôte très sympathique, sera là pour vous accueillir et vous donner toutes les informations. Très prévenant, et réactif, vous pouvez compter sur lui pour vous répondre rapidement en cas de questions ou problèmes. Bref, un super séjour, Merci Dan

Apartamentul este foarte primitor, este dotat cu toate necesarele. Am petrecut 10 zile împreună cu familia și ne-am simțit ca acasă. Gazda a fost mereu de foarte mare ajutor, promt și primitor. Locația este excelenta, chiar în centrul orașului. Este magazin non stop vis a vis, multe restaurante iar atracțiile turistice accesibile la pas.

Simply one of the apartments we have ever stayed in! very recently renovated. Dan is great and his place sparkling clean. The ride in the old lift is really something to experience! I highly recommend!

The location is the BEST in Timisoara, a few steps from the fountain, Cathedral , Opera House and multiple restaurants.The 24/7 convenience store across the street is a big plus.The area is quiet You feel at home the minute you step in the apartment, The live plants made me happy and at home.Dan is a gracious host, friendly and always available. Recommend. I’ll be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Dan's place. The apartment was just as he described. It's centrally located making it easy to walk and explore downtown Timisoara.

Excellent apartment, excellent host! Possibly the most considerate and welcoming host we have yet experienced; went the extra mile for our comfort - despite the fact that we stayed only 1 night - which we really appreciated! The apartment is true to the description: cozy, functional and neat with perfect use of the available space. The location is great and though it is near city center it was not noisy at night at all. We highly recommend this stay!

Apartamentul este foarte primitor, dotat cu tot ce e nevoie. Este situat foarte aproape de centrul orasului. Gazda este foarte primitoare si raspunde repede la mesaje
