Perfect place to stay in Timisoara
☺ Perfect location! Central, but quiet. Very, very well equipped. It has everything you can (and can't) think if, including board games, wireless phone chargers, working desk, and fully equipped kitchen. There's even a view of the beautiful church from the kitchen. Highly recommend!

We are extremely satisfied with everything regarding this place and our host.The apartment was spotless and fully equipped, so we felt comfortable from the first day. The area is close to the city center, but it does not feel crowded or busy, which we really appreciated. The place itself is cozy and comfortable. The parking right next to the building made everything easier. The host was extremely helpful - we got clear and detailed instructions about everything, including local stores. He helped us with the parking and provided us with the details that we wouldn't have known if we weren't locals. We would come back for sure.

O locatie excelenta ca pozitionare, la cativa pasi de centru, ceea ce inseamna o zona frumoasa de plimbat cu restaurante si cafenele dragute. Apartamentul spatios si curat. Gazda foarte receptiva, a raspuns rapid la intrebarile noastre si chiar ne-a ajutat si cu un scaun inalt pentru bebe. Parcarea nu este chiar langa bloc, dar am gasit la cateva minute de mers pe jos. A meritat din plin. Recomandam 100% aceasta cazare.

Domnul Dan de la ospitalier este o gazdă de nota 10. Atent, prevenitor și mai ales extrem de primitor. Iar apartamentul are cam tot ce și-ar dori cineva și la el acasă: TV, aer condiționat, centrală termică, frigider, mașină de spălat și multe altele, cu alte cuvinte multe dintre electrocasnicele pe care le folosim în viața noastră de zi cu zi. Poziția este foarte bună, aproape de centru, iar vederea pe care o ai este foarte largă - aș putea spune că este "a room with a view". Dacă voi reveni la Timișoara voi căuta în primul rând această adresă și pe proprietarul ei.

This was our very first Airbnb and it was a wonderful experience. The place is as described and looks exactly like the photos. But the best part of this experience was the host, Dan. He is very proactive and responsive with communication, accommodated us on our request for a paid airport pickup at 0025 (actually almost 0100 with a delayed arrival), made us really feel at home, gave great recommendations, and is just an overall awesome person. We’ll definitely choose him and his property again when we come back.The property is a few steps from Piață Victoriei and other beautiful areas of the city, and a 20-minute walk to the train station.

☺ This apartment is on the top of building,I can enjoy panorama of Timisoara.Room is good designed,fully used every place.Funiture and equipment is completed,including plate&knife&fork etc,it means I don’t need to buy additionally.As to apartment manager,Dan is professional and able,he helped me to deal with many things,not only provide room to live.I am glad to know him in Timisoara.
