Very diverse crowd for sure. Ppl from all walks of life. It was a Saturday night. Very busy. If you want to sign get there early. $5 long Islands. Definitely the best price bar in the area. Only thing I didn't expect/like. At least 2 sheriff's in the parking lot all night. Definitely doesn't help a bar business. Everyone was cool. The only people claiming racism are the real racist. Bathrooms we're clean. That's huge.

This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any bar. The manager on duty was unbelievably rude — the kind of attitude you don’t forget. Not only did she refuse to serve alcohol even though it was clearly before closing time, but she spoke to us with a nasty, condescending tone the entire time.
When we asked for her name, she didn’t just tell us… she spelled it out slowly and harshly, like she was scolding us. Completely unprofessional and totally unnecessary. It felt like she went out of her way to make sure we knew we “bothered” her.
There are plenty of places in town that actually respect their customers — this one is not worth the time, money, or attitude.I would suggest Paddy Wagon Irish Bar instead or Big Daddy’s for karaoke definitely a better atmosphere and hospitality.
Hello Grace and Jordan.. I just wanted to say, the only disrespectful people in the bar last night was YOU TWO. You came in at 120am (right at last call), received the shots and drinks you ordered, then got all upset that my bartender would not serve you more shots at 149am.. We close at 150am by the way. There is NO bartender that would serve you at that time.. Then you go and mention you are "in the industry" but feel it necessary to yell obscenities to my staff because you could not get 1 more shot.. you are super disrespectful in my eyes.. I would've told you to please leave, WE ARE CLOSED!!
The fact you are hospitality and treat other bartenders that way is really sad.. I hope you find another place to hang out that will serve you all hours of the night.
Please grow up and learn when enough is enough and just call it a night.

My experience with Megan ( the manager she said ) was flat-out terrible. I arrived well before 1:30, clearly within the time limit, and she still refused to serve me without any valid explanation after 1:40 when the cutoff was 2:00am. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional, like she couldn’t be bothered to do her job. It honestly felt like she was looking for an excuse not to help. If this is the level of service she thinks is acceptable, she shouldn’t be working with customers at all. Extremely disappointing and absolutely not someone I’d want to deal with again.

This place is awesome Y'all!! So, I had my first karaoke experience and I believe I got liquid courage from the drinks!! ALL of the bartenders know how to Pour, and the vibe is so cool. Noone makes you feel self conscious about singing...it's all about having fun. Shout out to the MC of the night. Thanks for making me feel comfortable about getting up on stage. They don’t see food here, but you can order and eat there. I love O’Shucks. My friend brought me here for Karaoke and it’s such a vibe. Karaoke starts at 9pm but the bar is open starting at 5pm.

Great karaoke bar with a very pleasant atmosphere! The staff is very friendly. If you like karaoke, this is the place to go if you come to Orlando. I did not rate the food because I didn't eat there.

Me and my partner are on a 2 week holiday from the uk and we visited here last night for a few drinks. Straight away the staff made you feel welcome and the locals are friendly and also just as welcoming. It was an all round great atmosphere and the karaoke was great, the locals have some voice on them aswell! great selection of drinks and were good price too. i didn’t catch the guys name who served us a couple times but he was a great, friendly guy and quick to serve. we still have another week here and we’ll be back in again during the week for a great experience. Definitely recommend this place to anyone

I don't know why this place has a 4.4 rating. It must be the regulars.
If you sing karaoke, they operate unfair practices particularly if you are out of town. I sat there for 3 hours and sung one song and it wasn't that busy. People started randomly walking in the last hour and a half and all jumped the queue in front of me and I kept getting moved back.
Tip - if you are out of town, they ask on the form where you are from. Make sure to put Orlando not anywhere else as I believe they use it to profile out of towners and drop them to the bottom of the queue. The DJ admitted to me when I complained that they want everyone to sing one song so it encourages them to come back. That tells me they won't prioritise non locals as they won't return for long.
I noticed that most of the locals/regulars got to sing their 2nd song where as I didn't. I also found it funny the DJ said over the mike how they operate a fair queuing system. I guess when you have to say something like that over the mike it probably isn't which it isn't. How is it fair I am in there buying drinks and tipping the bar staff but get skipped in the order? I get putting new singers up but after locals left it was literally new singer after new singer without considering the people who had been there for hours. Funnily enough, I noticed it was me and a group of Australians getting skipped.
The atmosphere wasn't that great. Everyone sat down. Very little vibe and crowd interaction to the singers.
Go to Big Daddy's downtown Orlando which has a far better vibe and the crowd are far more lively. A far superior karaoke and more fair.
Amendment - the owners response to my complaints actually doesn't really address any of the complaints other than to note that their queuing system is fair. In my opinion, it most definitely isn't. Being there for over three hours and singing one song when other people who were there an hour or under sing the same amount is far from fair.
Hello Indiana Jim, I’m sorry we didn’t meet your expectations, but just to clarify your thoughts… the reason we mention on the mic explaining our rotation, is that most places do not run fair practices.. we also do not let people tip their way past everyone else who is waiting to sing.(until 1am).It does not matter where you’re from, we have people from all over the world come and sing karaoke and every goes up in the order that they signed up and turned in their slip, there is no benefit to the Karaoke Host to put somebody up from Orlando or putting somebody up from Australia, it’s all about waiting your turn because we get very busy and yes, you’re correct if a group of 20 people come in throughout the night they get put in between the old singer, new singer, old singer, new singer, etc. I was there that night bartending and I would’ve been glad to explain it to you in more detail. I wish you gave a rating based on your actual service, great drinks and the good time you had because I did see you having a good time watching the other singers, I wish you let people know that everything else was fine other than just a long rotation to sing. Any given night of the week we have a minimum of 90 minutes wait to sing on a Friday Saturday night that can go up to three hours to sing a song so all we ask is everyone is patient and have a great time. I hope you give us another chance sometime down the road just remember karaoke starts at 9 PM and you get there early to get your name in the rotation, thank you so much for coming in.
