My "free" consult cost $200 and I wasn't told until I was already in the meeting room. Nothing was well explained - I felt like I was being "talked at" instead of discussing options. Overall one of the worst healthcare experiences I have had.
Wife went for an apt that was TOLD would be free and then WHILE IN THE CHAIR told her it would be $200 just for the doctor to talk to her. No warning, no heads up, just pay us now cuz youre already here.
How can that even be legal?!?! Definitely gonna be reporting that to thr BBB
I would not recommend this orthodontist. I spent nearly $9,000 on treatment and expected a much higher level of care and professionalism for that price. Unfortunately, the service was consistently underwhelming, communication was lacking, and I often felt like just another number rather than a valued patient.
For such a significant investment, I expected better customer service, more attention to detail, and a smoother overall experience. While the treatment may have achieved some results, the quality of service did not justify the cost. If you’re considering orthodontic treatment, I would strongly encourage you to explore other providers before making a commitment
My daughter has been receiving orthodontic treatment with Dr. Lin for about a year, and the results have been outstanding. Dr. Lin lives up to his reputation—his expertise and professionalism are truly exceptional, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the care he provides.
As a general dentist myself, I can confidently say that he is one of the finest orthodontists I have ever met. I actively recommend and refer my own patients who need orthodontic treatment to him, knowing they will be in the best hands.
His staff are equally remarkable—professional, attentive, and always friendly. They support Dr. Lin perfectly and make every visit a positive experience. I highly recommend Dr. Lin and his team without hesitation.
I can't believe how fast they fixed my teeth with invisaliners. Dr. Lin always has a great attitude and makes you feel awesome every time you visit. My daughter, my son and myself, have all gone to him and we have all been very happy with him.
I hate going here, Dr Lin is among my least favorite people on the planet. The assistants make me nervous because it’s obvious some are inexperienced and unprofessional. They are probably great with kids but my experience as an adult has been terrible. Dont go here.
Dr. Linn provided services for myself, my son and daughter with admirable skill, compassion, and wonderful support to all of us. He is definitely a special person, one that we'll never forget. We are extremely thankful to Dr. Linn, and his team for all they have done for all over many decades!!! God bless all of you!!
Dr Lin was excellent with my daughter and was very thorough in his explanations of the plans for the future.
Yesterday I stopped in to see if Dr. Lin and his team could fix my permanent retainer, as the glue chipped and my teeth started to shift.
This was my first time back in the office since 2007; the staff was extremely helpful and had all my files saved and ready for viewing when I arrived.
Frankie and Dr. Lin made the process as pain free as possible and fixed the problem area within minutes.
I would have recommended this place as a teenager, and I recommend it even more so now!
Dr Lin is my favorite orthodontist ever, he is just the coolest guy ever! And his staff is top notch! My son has the most amazing smile now, and it is all thanks to these people! Well done!
Have been going here since 2017 and have always had great experiences. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. I do wish it was easier to schedule later appointments though.
