We certainly are sorry about your disability and your losing your husband. That's really tough. We're also sorry that you believe we did not render good service to you, but even with hundreds of 5-star reviews, there will be a few who are not happy. As for your matter, you were unable to email the documents we needed to see to evaluate your case, so we provided the address for you to mail them, which you did. Upon reviewing your matter in detail, we determined that the law firms that you hired before contacting us for another opinion were correct that your case ultimately would be unsuccessful. We simply did not wish to charge you money to take on a case that, like the other law firms, we believe you would lose.

On a side note, we see that you give a lot of professionals 1-star reviews. It's unfortunate that you often feel you have received bad service. We always strive to provide the best service, but, in your case, you believe we fell short of the mark.
