It is an apartment rather than a hotel. They don’t call a taxi for you but to tell you to scan the taxi application. They seem never done a Yamato transport before for my ski gear to ship back to kiroro. I ended up using my google translate to communicate with a Japanese housekeeper at the front while other Asian staff looked clueless and seemed not accountable at all. The really need to improve on this otherwise they should be more of air Bnb/ private rental than a hotel. Apart from this the room was well designed and very comfortable.

Regarding the Yamato luggage delivery, we would like to clarify that our standard role is to assist guests by contacting Yamato Transport on their behalf, while all shipping procedures and acceptance are strictly handled according to Yamato’s own regulations.
On the day of your check-out, we attempted to contact Yamato for collection; however, as we were unable to reach them in time and did not wish to affect your travel schedule, we proactively arranged our own driver to travel approximately one hour to a Yamato service center to ship your items for you. This was done entirely to support your itinerary, and we believe this represents the maximum assistance we could reasonably provide.
Regarding taxi arrangements, we would like to explain that taxi services in the area now operate primarily through mobile applications, which require passengers to register and confirm their own details directly. This is why we advised using the taxi app. It is not a matter of unwillingness to assist, but rather the current operating model of local taxi services, where dispatch and payment are handled online instead of by phone calls.
Our property operates with a self-service and streamlined model, and we strive to be transparent about this while still offering assistance wherever possible. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will continue refining how we communicate these service boundaries more clearly to future guests.

전체적으로 룸 상태나 서비스는 좋았습니다 주택가에 있써서 소음걱정도 없고 주변에 우동맛집이나 편의점등도 분포되어있고 단 단점은 난바까지에 거리가 있다보니 몇번 돌아다니다보니 힘들더라고요

제공: 샤워용품, 칫솔치약, 타올, 헤어드라이어, 냉장고, 작은 벽티비(넷플릭스 가능), 세탁기(건조기능 탑재된 듯), 전기포트, 전자렌지, 생수 2리터 제공
장점: 방이 넓음, 세탁기, 모든 플러그가 가능한 콘센트(220v 가능), 난바역과 가까운 편
단점: 침구쪽 콘센트가 1개, 도톤보리 도보로 약간 거리있음
아고다에서 트윈룸 2인에서 1박 했어요 구글 리뷰가 적어서 좀 걱정됐는데 4박 5일 일본 여행 중 제일 만족한 숙소입니다ㅠㅠ 최고👍 어머니께서 너무 만족하심
셀프 체크인이라 사전에 메시지 보냈는데 신속하고 친절하게 안내해주셨어요 체크인 이틀 전, 메일로 링크 보내시면 방문객 정보(여권 사진 포함) 입력 하시면 됩니다 체크인 시간되면 객실과 비밀번호 안내 메일와요!
비슷한 가격대의 다른 숙소에 묵었는데 방이 넓습니다 화장실 샤워룸 분리되어 있고 세탁기가 있어서 장기여행하면 있기 좋을 듯!
근처 신사 있는데 한 번 둘러보고 오는 것도 추천해요
친구랑 오사카 여행가면 여기서 꼭 숙박할거예요 예약 고민되면 꼭 하세요 가성비 갑

나만 알고 싶고 아끼던 호텔인데 ㅋㅋ 너무 깔끔하고 퀄리티 좋은 호텔이라 리뷰 써드리고 싶어요.. 다음에는 남친집에서 지낼거라 다시 갈일 없을 것 같지만 주변 친구들한테 추천해주고 싶어요. 이상한 냄새도 없고 세탁기는 건조기능까지 잘 되어서 편리했습니다. 역이랑도 가깝고 거기서 살고 싶을 정도로만 마음에 들었습니다.
