Worried by a sore tooth when about to go away for a few days - Fiona soon had the situation under control. She cleaned the tooth, and applied a filling around the partially exposed root. The tooth has been comfortable ever since. I could take my break with confidence as I was provided with antibiotics to be used if necessary. Very grateful to Fiona who is always very caring and understanding. Gillian

I have been with this practice for over 25 years and can highly recommend the excellent work that Dr. Shipway and his staff have always done. All dentistry is of a very high standard, and they will accommodate you if you need emergency treatment. I would never go to any other dentist. Thank you for all the superb work you have done for my whole family and myself.
Just had my 4 monthly check-up and the continuing care and attention provided by this practice is excellent.

An appointment at Ormond Terrace Dental practice is never traumatic. The welcome in reception sets a tone of friendly professionalism. A visit to Michael’s surgery involves a friendly chat before any examination takes place. If treatment is deemed to be necessary it is performed with skill and minimal fuss. A further post treatment discussion on any future work involves more friendly chat. The end result is that one always leaves with an enhanced smile, (actually and metaphorically)😁

Went for a tooth removal yesterday for which I was rather nervous. However Dr Guy met me on time and although the removal was a difficult one it was painless. I was given a note of what to do afterwards and this included his telephone number if I had any problems. After the injections had worn off it was painful but this morning it feels much better.
