Nathan and the team at Orion did an outstanding job on a tough-to-clean home. My parents had occupied the home for more than 40 years, and it had fallen into disrepair and had gone a long time without significant cleaning. Orion’s work made the house look infinitely better. The attention to detail in floors, in the kitchen and in bathrooms was particularly impressive. The refrigerator, which was particularly dirty inside, looks like it’s new. Orion was responsive and kept to the schedule for work. I thought the price I paid was more than fair. We put the house on the market and within days had an offer — no doubt in part to Orion’s work making the house look better.
Nathan did an excellent job cleaning tile floors and a bedroom carpet. When I purchased the home at the beginning of 2023, I thought the tile grout would never clean up. It looks EXCELLENT now! I found Nathan to be very conscientious and professional. I highly recommend him without reservation.

I’ve used Orion 4-5 times now for area rugs, carpets, and a very well loved couch in our home. We have two dogs and a toddler, and Orion does an excellent job removing stains and odors each time. Will continue to use them time and time again.

Nathan did a last minute job for me consisting of cleaning and buffing hardwood in 3 rooms. He fit me into his schedule and charged a reasonable amount. Nathan always does a great job.

They deep cleaned my large home over two days and did a great job. The first run through the living room carpet stirred up nasty dog pee smell and they came by a few days later to take care of it. Attentive, communicative and hard working. Recommend!

While dog sitting my neighbors dog, she got sprayed by a skunk. It wasn’t a horrible situation but I also wanted to get my carpet cleaned, this was my opportunity. I was fortunate to get a time slot the next afternoon.
Gene said he didn’t notice an odor which I was thrilled to hear. I guess I suspected it was obvious. He cleaned my carpet and when he left it looked amazing. What a great job and he took interest in my “suspicions” so that was another plus.

The gentleman arrived in time. He was professional, thorough, knowledgeable about the company and all aspects of their cleaning solutions. He addressed a few areas that were treated. Update on having our ceramic tile/grout in the kitchen, hallway and small bathroom professionally steam cleaned and scrubbed. The grout was also sealed with a primer. They moved two heavy and large wooden tables and used blocks to set them up on. They wore protective shoe wear while working on the floors. They worked quickly and efficiently with grace and patience while thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing areas. They were respectful and friendly with their other employee. I highly recommend Orion for all your flooring cleaning needs.

I just bought a house that needed a deep cleaning before we moved in. They came in and did such a good job with everything. I have no complaints. Gene did our floors and he was so nice! Nathan was extremely helpful making sure everything was completed to my liking and was very communicative. I’d use them again for sure.

A+++ We recently tried Orion Cleaning for some carpet and area rug cleanings in our home. EVERYTHING about the service was wonderful.
First and foremost, they did a GREAT job with the cleanings...even cleaning a couple of x-tra carpets for us!! (That's apparently their "specialty"!) Noticeable improvements everywhere.
On top of that, Nathan and his crew were on-time, polite, professional, and provided an accurate heads-up when he was on his way.
Great price and a great value. We will definitely be back to Orion for the next cleaning!!
