I can't believe so many people have been cheated by them!! These guys are fraud. Please be aware!!
Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience with Flying Hangers. I would strongly advise people to think twice before paying them any advance.
I paid them a substantial advance amount after they committed to installing the flying hangers at my home. Once they received the payment, their behaviour completely changed.
For the last 10 days, I have been continuously trying to contact them. Most of the time, they simply do not answer my calls. On the rare occasion when their technician answers, I keep hearing the exact same excuse: “I will come tomorrow.” Tomorrow comes, nobody turns up, there is no update, no apology, and then the same story repeats again.
This is an absolutely pathetic way to run a business.
Taking a large advance from a customer and then avoiding their calls and repeatedly making false promises about installation is completely unacceptable. At this point, the entire experience has made me seriously question their professionalism and credibility.
I genuinely do not understand how this company has such high Google ratings based on the experience I have had with them.
Please be extremely careful before dealing with Flying Hangers. Do not pay a large advance unless you have everything committed in writing, including the installation date and refund terms.
My experience with them has been horrible — endless chasing, broken commitments, zero accountability, and absolutely no respect for the customer after taking the money.
I would not recommend Flying Hangers to anyone based on my experience.
