Oriental Rugs truly do have beautiful pieces. They are hand woven with natural fibers and many with vegetable pigments which makes the colours pop. The owner and curator Mahmut has gathered a collection from pre 1900s to date which needs to be seen to be appreciated. Mahmut will take you on a tour of the various countries regions as he discusses the rugs and the varied histories.

As always, an exceptional experience with Mahmut who has curated a vast selection of exquisite rugs and kilims from all over the world. As well as the wonderfully warm and friendly welcome, Mahmut is vastly knowledgeable and you'll know you're in safe hands from the minute you speak to him. He just gets what you're looking for in minutes and he takes such pride in what he offers-and so he should because the rugs are truly beautiful. Mahmut also repairs and cleans rugs and offers the same care to them as to the rugs in his shop. Drop in and you'll come away with something of beauty to treasure for life.
