I am 74 year old Type 2 Diabetic. My last two visits he was in a hurry and CUT me. Bad enough the second (and last) time that is got infected and I was on a 10 day course of antibiotics. No apology. IF you visit, please ask him to spend more than 5 minutes.

Dr. Tyler was very knowledgeable about my condition and took the time to walk me through my options. He was thorough in explaining everything I had done and made sure I understood the process and after care. The office staff were also incredibly kind and efficient when it came to checking me in and scheduling my next appointment. Dr. Manson treated a severe case of athletes foot and nail fungus. At first, I had my doubts because I lived with fungus for so long. About 2 months into treatment I started noticing the fungus getting lighter in color and ny nails stated growing back little by little. He started treating my athlete’s foot at the first visit and began laser treatment on my toes the first visit. I definitely recommend Dr. Manson for any case of nail fungus but definitely for severe cases.

Dr. Manson's office staff were very efficient and courteous during my check in process. I was taken back for my exam with the doctor straight away. Dr. Manson performed his exam and answered all of my questions during the exam. The doctor offered a few treatment paths for my condition and discussed the process for each clearly. We had a mixed experience overall. The staff was genuinely kind and helped us get properly fitted for an orthotic, which we appreciated. A couple of things gave us pause, though. When I called ahead, I was assured the practice routinely sees pediatric patients — but during the visit, the PA asked whether we’d seen a pediatric podiatry specialist, which raised some questions for us. The doctor did reassure us they treat kids, so perhaps just a communication gap. My bigger concern was around treatment philosophy. My daughter has a tailor’s bunion that isn’t currently causing pain, and I was hoping for a more conservative, proactive approach — things like strengthening exercises or early intervention strategies. Surgery was presented as the primary path forward, and it wasn’t until I brought up my own research on arch support and metatarsal splay that an orthotic was offered. If you’re looking for a podiatrist open to non-surgical, preventive options, it may be worth asking detailed questions upfront about their approach. For families further along in a treatment journey or already considering surgery, this practice may be a great fit.

Our goal is always to provide the highest quality care and ensure patients and parents understand all appropriate treatment options. As a non-surgical podiatrist, my focus is on conservative treatment whenever possible. Even when surgery is not recommended, such as in younger patients, I believe it's important to discuss all available options so patients and parents have a complete understanding of their condition and know what treatments may be appropriate now or in the future.

I appreciated the quick attention at the front desk and the welcoming atmosphere of the office. Dr Manson also came soon after I was seated. He listened attentively and had good advise and information. He took xrays and explained them to me. He gave me pads to place in my shoes to help relieve the discomfort caused by the neuroma between the 3rd and 4th toes, which he confirmed was there. He gave me advise to ice after hiking or walking for the areas of pain. The only thing I felt was lacking was that I was hoping for more addressing root cause rather than just treating symptoms. He did direct me towards PT, but I already am doing that.
