I called prior to coming to make sure they could meet my needs. They were SO NICE and very informative. I was adding soil to my established yard to level it out and improve soil quality. They were also super nice when I showed up and continued to answer all my questions and assured me it was screened top soil and there would be absolutely no rocks and this was the best quality stuff you could buy in the whole valley… they talked the talk. It had rained a few days before so they told me the clumps were just wet soil… we get home spread out 2 yards of the “best soil”…. The next day after the sprinklers had gone off… those dirt clumps were definitely rocks!!! I felt so frustrated that I let their niceness stop me from being more thorough to check the soil myself for rocks. In an effort to improve our yard, we ruined large sections of it.

I went to Oregon Garden Warehouse for the first time a few days ago and I was very glad I went a little out of the way to find them. They were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. They took the time to explain what I needed to know to be successful with my plants, even as they were about to close. Oh and the prices were so good, that I will be driving from Klamath Falls to continue getting all of my gardening supplies through them.

JB is very knowledgeable and helped me out with deciding on a mix of products for a new lawn project. He is interesting and fun to talk to and helped load a mix of their top soil, compost, and even mixed in some blood and bone fertilizer to top it off. I was able to unload and spread the dirt today and am very impressed with the quality of the soil mix and excited to see the positive effects it has for the plants in my yard. Highly recommend visiting this local business with top quality products and great prices.

Met with JD yesterday and he gave us some excellent direction for our yard. We are going to be tilling the hell out of our weedscape using NO CHEMICALS to poison the earth and environment. After that we are going to hardscape with 4 inches of Decomposed Granite to keep the weeds gone. Cannot thank you enough for the feedback and consultation for this earth healthy approach.
