Everything was done exactly to the schedule that Alex set out and all the work people were friendly and respectful of our working environment. I had a full kitchen renovation including the removal of walls and chimney breast and they managed the entire project. I am so happy with the results. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had previously used Alex and his team to fit a kitchen in a previous property so didn’t hesitate to contact him again with a bigger project. We wanted to turn 3 rooms (kitchen, utility and dining room) into one large open plan kitchen diner. This involved knocking down 2 supporting walls, blocking up a window, blocking an external door and adding a window. We were also wanting an entrance creating from our hallway straight into our garage and the washing machine to be plumbed into the garage. Firstly Alex was prompt to come round to support us in our design and then prompt in providing a quote. The quote was well broken down so we could see what was costing what. We also got a detailed plan of when the works could start and how long they would take with a week by week schedule. Alex project managed from start to finish and did all the liaising with the various trades. We were happy with all the trades people that came to the property. For us, it was hassle free from start to finish. They also completed on time. We were really happy with the work carried out and the final product, not only internally but externally too- the brick work where the door and window had been bricked up was outstanding and completely blended with the rest of the wall. We have since had Alex back to install a media wall (photo attached) and we would have no hesitation to use Alex again in the future… hopefully for a garage conversion!

We had been planning our downstairs renovations including extending into the garage, new kitchen, new flooring throughout the downstairs, knocking down a couple of walls etc and had a few companies come out to us to quote us but without any success. Thank God because then we wouldn’t have had the good fortune of coming across Alex and his company, orchard property developments. Alex came to look at the job and was helpful, professional and gave us really valuable advice. He gave us a planned schedule which was kept to and every one of his team were friendly, punctual, professional, polite and respectful. Alex and the team were brilliant at bringing my vision to life. From start to finish they designed created and fitted bespoke wardrobes under stairs to our loft which was previously wasted space.
