We have been using Miguel @ ORCAPools for 3+ years for our backyard pool, spa and 3 ponds. Price is a bit on the high side howeverthe last 4 pool guys couldn't keep up with all the work. He's reliable, hardworking & honest, and the pool always looks great. I recommended him to 4 other pool friends in Claremont over the past years, and each of those friends are still using him (and also thanked me for the recommendation). My dog also loves Miguel his weekly visits, for Miguel always takes a minute to greet her (and sometimes he even gives her a little dog treat too)!

Anthony has serviced our swimming pool in Claremont for 10 years and was doing the service with the previous home owner. If you are looking, stop and call ORCA Pools! My pool has always been clean and the water perfectly maintained, Any time there was a problem with the pool equipment it was fixed or replaced by Miguel the pool repair tech! His knowledge of his craft makes him irreplaceable! Thanks Anthony and the ORCA Pool team!

Needed a new pool pump for my home in Claremont CA. Anthony was very responsive and communicative. He asked questions about our pool and spa combo and after first determining that a repair was not possible, he was able to give us a couple of options for a variable speed pump replacement. He took his time to make sure we got what we needed. His follow up was also a big plus. Very professional and the job was done quickly and thoroughly.

Because of the time they took to speak with me, I chose Atlantis for my pool maintenance requirements. Being a first-time pool owner, I had a lot of questions, and all of them were addressed. I eventually made the decision to try it on my own, and Atlantis didn't try to dissuade me or even put me through a guilt trip. "Give us a call if you need anything," was the response I received. We contacted them again a season later, and I am still pleased with their service; I simply feel at ease with Atlantis Pool Service in Claremont.

The pool service at Atlantis is fantastic. Being new pool owners, they have been of great assistance to us. They have put in a railing for me and maintain my pool immaculate. After we moved into the house, we found out that there was a leak. They dispatched someone, who promptly identified and resolved the issue.
