If I could I would give zero stars. After a long time of looking at cottages finally found one to have some time off. Once booked, within the hour received email that the owner cancelled our booking and when I checked back online there are still bookings available for the same dates and others. If you are going to cancel bookings then cancel them all and don't have them still available to book. Think my name was a problem. And now that I'm reading the 1 star reviews, looks like this owner has serious issues.

Great campsite! Showers and toilets are very clean and showers are hot and powerful and 50p for 10 minutes which is well worth it. Stayed in the pods which were toasty warm even in this weather. Beautiful view from the pods too. Dog field is great for letting them off for a run around before going elsewhere to explore. Hosts were super helpful and Reece dropped off a fire pit after a quick text which was so handy. I imagine it could get very busy during the summer months but this time of year it was lovely and peaceful. Enough room for two adults and two dogs to sleep with a cool box and small camping table too inside too!

Immaculately clean & well maintained site. Large pod was one of the nicest I’ve ever stayed in - really appreciated the underfloor heating & free fire pit (you only pay for logs / kindling). The shower / toilet block was spotless. Hope to stay here again

We’ve just come back home after a lovely two-night stay at Orcaber Farm. We stayed in one of the cozy pods, which had heating, plenty of power sockets, and a table outside — a great idea for autumn camping! The campsite is fantastic — lovely and friendly staff, a well-stocked shop, clean showers, and even a free fire pit. It’s a super place, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Nice place, unfortunately no staff on site, even that they should be there on my arrival as i arrive within operating hrs, and on one answer the phone, they did call back after 30min. The road next to it, is a bit busy, so if you get to bed quite early or have small children, you will get wake up by the traffic up to late hrs.

BEST NIGHT SKY VIEWS! We stayed late September with good weather forecasted. We were mind-blown by the incredible views of the night sky with almost no light pollution around, we could see the milky way by eye and photograph it even on our phones. There are no lights dotted around the site paths/roads at night, and I'm so glad for that as it would've spoiled the view. Phone torch was fine to get to/from the toilets. Very clean and pleasant facilities. 50p for showers gives you 10mins, plenty. We stayed in one of the basic wooden huts, great alternative to the tent for cold nights. Heater worked very well, 4 plugs for devices, and a light. Brought the rest of our camping gear along, honestly perfect! Nice and quiet even with direct neighbours, site was generally quiet for campers. Extremely well placed for hikes, caves, waterfalls. Highly recommend Ingleton falls trail, and Malham Cove routes. Didn't want to leave, will certainly return.

Absolutely loved this campsite. Pitches were spacious and the views amazing. Facilities very modern and clean. Reese was very friendly and helpful when we had an issue with the WiFi. All resolved. There was a fabulous enclosed grass area as a dog exercise area. Great for our dog to run around after being on lead so much on our trip. There was a walk down to a picnic area and the village which we didn't have time for but would've been great if we were there for longer.

Fantastic Experience Camping at this location. Set in a beautiful scenic area with plenty of walks close by. Children & Dog Friendly Amazingly Clean facilities including a modern shower room & toilet block which were fantastic. Great little shop on site with plenty of necessities & extras such as playing cards, camping spares etc. Staff lovely & friendly, kept the place clean & always there to help if needed. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a place to stay. Hopefully we don’t land on a yellow weather warning next year 😂 See you again guys and thank you.

This is an exceptional site, well worthy of 6 or more stars. So why only 4* and not the maximum 5*? Well that's due to the icing on the cake i.e. facilities for those with disabilities. The whole camping ground is more than excellent and the location, utility blocks, shop and services excellent in every respect, except for one and that's consideration for those who have some degree of disability. If you are fully able then this is a 6* place, no a 10* place. However, there are no disabled toilets. Those who do not have disabilities in this direction will not appreciate this but we who need them will. Secondly, if you are camping or motorhoming again not a problem because you have worked out your own strategy. But if, of necessity, you need a pod then it's different. My pod was excellent, lighted, with electrical points and more than cosy. Here's what contributed to the loss of an otherwise well deserved extra star from me. The addition of one simple and relatively cheap wooden cot, raised above the floor level by two or three feet would have the following advantages. It doesn't require any bedding as the visitor will bring their own. It allows one person in the pod, which is stated to accommodate four, an elevated repose. It adds to storage space as luggage can be put under the wooden cot. A wooden cot at two or three feet height makes it easier for those with difficulties to get upright from a semi seated position rather than straight up from the deck. And, for those of us who have urological disabilities as well there's the issue of gravity. People who have an indwelling urinary catheter need to connect them to a collection bag overnight. Therefore, the collection bag needs to be lower than the urinary bladder (gravity). Not possible when both bladder and bag are on the same level. The rest of the Orcaber site is perfectly accessible and there's no need for any special disabled parking spaces as space is not an issue. I enjoyed my stay, worked through the difficulties and am more than appreciative of the quality of this site and the helpful friendliness of all the staff. It's a great place to stay. But for the owners please take into account the experience of someone who is a bit disabled and just making a few suggestions.
