Orbittech is the best IT company I have ever used - they are outstanding. They recently helped me to purchase a new (much needed) laptop and set everything up for me including all the security and back-ups to work across all devices. They are efficient, thorough and friendly. Also not as expensive as some companies I have used in the past. They are now my 'go to' IT support team and I am very happy to recommend them to others.

Amazing service from OrbitTech. I needed a new PC suitable for work and Sheevawn read through all the technical system requirements and made a couple of excellent recommendations, and made the purchase process simple. Alex on the Help Desk was fantastic in transferring me over from old to new PC remotely. Thoroughly recommend!

Email problems
Having lost access to some of my emails, Orbitech reset my email accounts and restored access. They kept me informed of what they were doing with a chat box and regular email updates.
As usual, they were very helpful and quick to respond.

Laptop problems
Started getting warnings that my laptop was infected by Trojans, viruses, under attack. Also received e-mail that my One Drive synch had paused due to lack of memory. Only needed a quick phone call and Alex sorted it all as quick as you want. He also gave me invaluable advice re a touch pad issue I've got. Couldn't ask for more :)

Terrific service from Orbit Tech IT Support Guildford. We had to upload examination software ahead of an online exam related to my son's university admissions process. That morning - my laptop was showing an error message which didn't allow the examination software to be uploaded. Alex from Orbit Tech IT responded immediately to our urgent request for assistance and thus helped to alleviate what was an incredibly stressful situation. The team at OrbitTech have done it again! I had lots of storage issues on my laptop, and OrbitTech researched the best replacement for me, and did the migration from one laptop to the next one remotely, quickly, and efficiently.
In my previous review I said the team are honest, friendly, and efficient. They provide a great service with excellent customer services and tech support.
