Okay so... I'm old and have been to so many dentists in my lifetime. Hands down, hands up, Dr. Bob is the best dentist I have ever ever ever ever ever been to! ❤️😁. He was patient with me and my anxiety he genuinely cared about my concerns and health. God made this man with the skills, heart, and patience to be a extremely good doctor, he was meant to be a dentist! I didn't even feel the roof needle, which if you've ever had done you know that needle on the roof of the mouth always hurts. It didn't hurt I didn't even know it was in there! Had a root canal almost fell asleep, that's how good this doctor is. Now his assistant ( don't know her name) was just as awesome, they worked together like synchronized swimmers! She made me feel calm when I started shaking. I hope one day she becomes a dentist I feel God wants her to be. Overall I highly highly highly recommend Dr. Bob and his assistant! I have now found my forever dentist!
Kate the hygienist was amazing with all three of my children. My daughter is 5 years old and hesitant to go to the dentist and get her teeth cleaned, but Kate did an amazing job and eased her fears. Her twin brother is hesitant about opening his mouth big and wide, and she was extremely patient throughout the procedure. My oldest is 8 years old, and hesitant to go to the dentist due to past experiences, and he left extremely satisfied because it was the first time that someone had taken the time to explain the whole procedure to him. He said he liked that she explained everything because it made him less scared and more comfortable. After my children’s cleaning Dr. Oorlong came and explained their X-rays, as well as gave us options for treatment, while explaining how each option was beneficial. It was an amazing dentist experience and would recommend Kate and Dr. Oorlong to anyone with children who is interested in having the best dentist experience possible!
Wow! Im so impressed with the staff here. From the front desk being so helpful with our insurance being so difficult. To the hygienist Kate! My kids got their first cleanings late in life and she made them feel comfortable and educated them so kindly on health! The Dentist here is incredible and kind as well. She didnt make me feel bad, just encouraged us and was not trying to push a bunch of expenses on us! We fiynd our forever dental home!
Seriously the best experience I've ever had with a dentist office! I had pain in one of my teeth and they were able to get me in quickly. That is the original reason why I chose to go there. The staff and Dr Bob were amazing! They understood that I have anxiety about having dental work done. They went above and beyond to explain everything and to be sure that I was comfortable! There was soft Christian music playing in the background which was very comforting! Dr Bob even text me the next day just to check and see how I was feeling. Will definitely go here for any future Dental needs!
Went into get a wisdom tooth pulled and let me tell you every single person was super nice and helpful dr bob walked me through the whole process before hand and continued to talk to me and make sure I was comfortable while doing my surgery, dr bob is Super knowledgeable and caring
A couple hours after my surgery dr bob contacted me personally to make sure I was doing okay
