Orange Apartments Recensies

The apartments are located in a scenic location on a hillside, surrounded by an olive and orange grove, from which on a clear day you can even see the sea (Saronic Gulf). The sea itself is just 6 minutes away by car, while the iconic Epidaurus Amphitheatre is 15 minutes away. The apartments are very clean and aesthetically decorated, with everything you need. There is also a swimming pool next to the house, where you can cool off on a hot day. The hosts are an extremely welcoming and friendly Dutch couple, and will help you find answers to any questions you may have.

Traumhafte Lage zwischen Olivenbäumen mit Blick auf‘s Meer. Super war auch, dass es nicht weit von Epidaurus entfernt liegt. Netter Kontakt zum Hausbesitzer. Hier würde ich gerne wieder hinkommen! Echte Wohlfühladresse. Nur im Februar zu kalt für Poolparty.

The owners were super friendly and even recommended us some local sightseeings around the place. The room was clean, cozy and really comfortable. I will definitely come back here.

Met ons gezin van vijf, hebben wij voor een week twee appartementen gehuurd. De appartementen zagen er mooi en schoon uit, waar de gastvrouw oog heeft voor detail. Als welkom genoten wij van vers fruit en en een flesje wijn, wat klaarstond bij binnenkomst van het appartement. Het is een fijne plek met mooi uitzicht, om lekker uit te kunnen rusten. Mocht je erop uit willen gaan zijn er meer dan voldoende mogelijkheden, waarbij Nienke en Michel je graag adviseren. Het ontbijt wat wij er 's ochtends bij hadden was goed, afwisselend en meer dan voldoende. We hebben met elkaar genoten en komen graag nog een keer terug.

Our stay at Orange Apartments in june was generally pleasant, thanks in particular to the friendly welcome and the cleanliness of the premises. The village of Epidaurus is charming and the pool offers a stunning view. However, a few inconveniences marred our experience. The lack of precise information about the rental, especially concerning the pool view and the bed and breakfast setup, caused some confusion. Furthermore, the owner's regular intrusions into our accommodation, although well-intentioned, to change linens or turn off the air conditioning, felt like an invasion of our privacy. The presence of wasps and the imposed pool hours limited our enjoyment of these spaces. The absence of nearby outdoor trash cans was also inconvenient. A major negative was our desire to rescue a small cat on the property that did not belong to the couple. They refused to let us adopt the cat, claiming their daughter loved them, even though the cats were in poor condition, full of fleas and worms. Finally, the many additional paid services added an impersonal touch to our stay, and we did not receive a welcome basket or anything else, except for plain water. In summary, while the warm welcome and location are undeniable assets, certain aspects, such as the lack of clear information and respect for guests' privacy, should be reviewed to ensure a more pleasant experience. Update after response from the owner : It's quite something to accuse us of lying in response. At no point did we try to harm or even injure you. We simply wanted to explain what we were inconfortable with. So I'll respond point by point to your answers. First, it's obviously your word against ours, but before we asked to adopt one of the cats on the property, the owner explained to us that "The cats don't belong to us, they just wander around the property." We asked anyway, out of politeness and to avoid making a fuss, but we could very well have taken them to the vet without permission. They were neither microchipped, nor registered, nor anything else, and they were, again, full of fleas and ticks. Regarding changing the sheets and taking out the trash, we would simply have appreciated being warned before the owners arrived. In every hotel, authorization is given through a sign. You don't just enter a room like that. Finally, the pool hours were not specified, and we thought that each tenant could use it as they pleased, as is the case in many Airbnbs. When I mentioned paid services, I was of course talking about drinks and other things, not other imaginary services. My in-laws have a rental property and when guests arrive, a small bottle of juice, some twixs, a map of the city and a few cookies are distributed. The offered fruit basket in the accommodation contained two or three fruits, as far as I remember, and one of them was rotten. I find it sad to respond in this tone, when we simply shared our experience, and gave you three stars.

Zeer goede locatie om te overnachten bij een bezoek aan het oude theater. Uitstekende plek om uit te rusten en bij te komen, waarbij het zwembad heerlijk is, speciaal als je in de warmste tijd in Griekenland bent. De kamer was ruim en rustig, het uitzicht was fantastisch. De gastvrouw buitengewoon gastvrij en behulpzaam. Het was heerlijk.
