Heather Hughes is an exceptionally skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who has been treating my family for years. She has supported us through some of the hardest moments of our lives, and I truly cannot recommend a more compassionate, caring provider for mental health needs. Raina, also a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, is a wonderful addition to the practice. She is an attentive listener, genuinely caring, and deeply compassionate. From Xairyl at the front office to Heather and Raina, this entire practice is warm, welcoming, and supportive. I couldn’t recommend a better team not only for mental health care, but for meaningful conversations and guidance from truly great people.

Dr. Heather is very knowledgeable, patient and has been tremendously helpful in helping diagnose and treat my ADHD. Heather is exceptional. Just sitting with her has a valuable placebo effect (bad pun?). Always met with kindness, collaboration, and support. I saw Ms. Heather Hughes for a number of months. She was attentive, workable/reasonable, & helped get me a right medication, a medication that helped me for once where many others in the past have not. Her office staff was also very supportive & attentive. I’m really still not where I need to be, but I’m better than I was before, & I am very grateful to her for that. I recommend her. This is a real review no bs, not paid, nothing. Just my honesty & experience. Thank you, Heather.

Don’t go here. You can just pay $20 with your insurance and get the same medicine from a general practitioner. The doctor will overcharge you and not help you and not give you options for virtual visits when you are already going in person. If you have insurance go somewhere else.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. We do not determine co payment amounts. That is determined by your insurance. And the amount can be different for primary care versus a specialist copayment. We did try to work with you on a payment plan for the copayment. As always it is our goal to provide exceptional care to our patients. We do offer both virtual and in person appointments.
Heather has been my provider for many years. She is a wonderful person. She cares about her patients, she is available and her staff is quick to respond to messages via the patient portal. I’ve watched her grow professionally over the years. She is always seeking new treatments to offer patients to help with their individual needs.
