We chose Shasta Garage Doors because of their google reviews, so we thought we would report back and say- all the reviews are right. We called a friendly employee who answered the phone, connected us with a service tech who repaired our garage door parts quickly and efficiently. Daniel diagnosed the problem within minutes and told us exactly how much it would be and gave us options on replacements. He made quick work of the repairs, was incredibly courteous and professional and was finished in an hour. We will be using them again.

Super impressed with Shasta Garage Doors. My garage door springs broke this morning and I looked online for a local business that could help. I found Shasta Garage Doors and called before 8am to leave a message and someone answered and got me scheduled for a repair just hours later. The installer was professional and did an amazing job. One thing that I will mention. The installer put a sticker on the wall next to my opener. I find it a little off putting that a company would put a sticker on their customers wall without asking their permission first. Doesn't affect the review as the sticker came right off, just found it a little strange. Overall, Shasta Garage Doors is awesome and I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing garage door repairs or installation.
