I had a really good experience at Optima Medical. I walked in with a finger infection and the doctor was calm, clear, and very personable. They explained what was going on, drained the infection, and guided me step by step on what to do after.
The whole process was quick and efficient, but never rushed. What I really appreciated was that they followed up afterward via WhatsApp with useful information and reassurance even after the appointment was done. That level of care made a big difference.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for professional, attentive, and human-centered medical care.

My family recently travelled to Bali and had the unfortunate experience of becoming very sick on New Years Eve. I reached out to Optima Medical who sent a doctor and nurse around within 10 minutes on New Year’s Day. They were both extremely thorough, kind and gentle with my family members who were so very sick.
Not only were they so extremely helpful on the day they also went out of their way to check in with us for a number of days afterwards to ensure my family members were still improving.
The medical service that my family received was better than what we would have received if still in Australia.
Thank you to the team for helping my family recover and have the chance to enjoy the rest of our trip.

Excellent service, Dr Eka is very professional, very friendly as well. it was the only Dr who found a solution for my medical condition. I will definitely recommend him, he has also fair prices and his clinic is in a central location.

Yesterday the doctor came to see me at night because I had food poisoning. I received an IV drip and medication. Very professional care - the next day he immediately wrote to ask how I was feeling, etc. I really recommend them.

Einfach Spitze 🤩
Nachdem ich mehrere Tage mit starken Fieber flach lag, habe ich mich dazu entschlossen einen Arzt zu kontaktieren.
Ich wurde in meiner Unterkunft behandelt und mir wurde jeder Schritt ausführlich erklärt.
Auch die genauen Kosten wurden immer sehr transparent dargestellt und vorher abgeklärt.
Eine Bezahlung per Karte war trotz Hausbesuch kein Problem.
Bereits am nächsten Morgen fühlte ich mich um Welten besser und mein Fieber war weg. Natürlich war ich noch nicht gesund, hatte aber alle Medikamente an der Hand um kurz darauf meine Heimreise antreten zu können (nicht aufgrund der Krankheit, mein Urlaub war nur leider vorbei).
Am Tag der Abreise wurde ich noch per WhatsApp nach meinem Gesundheitszustand gefragt (top Service!).
Solltet ihr auf Bali krank werden, kann ich euch diese Arztpraxis aus meiner Erfahrung nur wärmstens empfehlen 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

My wife contacted Optima when we firstly left my medication back in the UK, and then again when I came down with stomach issues. They advised us free of charge and basically did a consultation via WhatsApp. They pointed us in the direction of medication for the stomach issues which we then had within the hour of contacting them! And they brought the medication I was missing from back home themselves! Absolutely phenomenal service and genuinely lovely people who checked-in with us the next day to see if my health had improved. Wonderful service!

Bardzo dobra opieka medyczna oraz realne zainteresowanie pacjentem także po zakończonym leczeniu. Wizyta domowa przebiegła sprawnie, a podane leki szybko postawiły na nogi. Dodatkowo leczenie zostało rozłożone na kilka dni, co dało pewność, że mogliśmy w pełni korzystać z pobytu na Bali, zamiast spędzać czas w łóżku. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Couldn't recommend this place more if you are ever in our position of running out of essential medication! The people who run our villa recommended, and called them up for us, then gave our WhatsApp to them where we discussed the medication needed and dosage. They delivered fast, and were not trying to rip us off either, I found it incredibly reasonable for medication which is essentially life saving for my husband! The staff were so kind and attentive too. 100% recommend to tourists and travellers in need 🙏🏼
