I ordered a table from Openwood, expecting a premium product and smooth customer experience based on their branding. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite.
The table arrived with a visibly bent top, which was clearly a manufacturing defect. I contacted support, and while they did send someone to inspect it, there was no real urgency or follow-up. The representative acknowledged it was a factory fault and said it would be replaced—but weeks went by without any updates or resolution.
I had to keep reaching out to get any answers, and each time I was either ignored or told they would “look into it.” The lack of responsibility, poor communication, and delays are extremely frustrating especially after spending a significant amount of money on what was supposed to be a quality product.
I expected much better from a company that positions itself as a premium furniture provider. Disappointed and would not recommend based on this experience.

I ordered the XL table from Openwood, but unfortunately, the tabletop arrived bent. I reached out to their support team, and they sent someone to inspect it. Upon inspection, he confirmed that the tabletop was significantly bent and identified it as a factory defect, assuring me that it would be replaced.
However, when I followed up with Openwood a few days later, I was told they would not be replacing the top. Despite their support representative on-site confirming the issue and promising a replacement, their WhatsApp support team conveyed a different message.
The representative I spoke with on WhatsApp was polite, but I found the explanation unclear. He mentioned that according to their company policy, replacements or repairs are only done within one month. However, they also claimed the bend was minor and not considered a defect.
I spent around PKR 27,000–28,000 on this table, and it’s disappointing to receive this kind of response. Just sharing my experience—purchase at your own discretion. Good luck!

Bought a table a laptop stand and a large monitor stand from them. The table was fine but there was a crack in the monitor stand. They sent another XL stand and told me to keep the previous one. Similarly the laptop stand had the same piece sent twice so they sent two opposite pieces to make two stands.
All of this was done in 2-3 days after the first delivery and no charge was asked by them. Excellent post sale service by OpenWood.
