This is an excellent service. Our financial advisor was with us on everyone step of the way when we bought a house - roughly we were in touch for 9 months, and we always got very quick responses on email or easy to arrange calls. We have just completed a remortgage using OFA. Aaron was incredibly helpful, responsive and knowledgeable from the outset. Initial meetings were often scheduled late in the day, after we'd got home from work, which was much appreciated. Once we'd selected a preferred mortgage provider, Aaron kept an eye on their best available rates and automatically switched us to more favorable products as they launched with the lender. Although independent advice was offered, there was never any pressure to buy other items (insurance, etc.) through OFA, which was also appreciated. Our (numerous!) queries were always answered swiftly and in detail. We wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and will happily recommend them to others. Thanks Aaron and OFA for a job well done!
