If you are looking for a roofing service or new skylights, I will save you some valuable time. This is easily the best local service, and for a standout deal of a price. I had two top of the line VELUX skylights installed by Ryan, who was responsive, professional, and an all-around genuinely good guy throughout the whole project (he even went the extra mile when we ran into a small hiccup). We need to be supporting local businesses like these! Don’t spend twice the money on a worse service - if you’ve worked with these guys then you already know you have a true gem.

Ryan did a great job of roofing an addition we are putting on in Sunriver. Best bid by far of two bids. Great communicator, honest, hard worker, knows his craft. I owned a couple dozen rentals at one time and have dealt with a mess of contractors. Ryan is a good guy. Some are not.

On Monday Sep 23 a On Top Roofing truck (white 4th gen crew cab with a ladder rack) nearly ran me off the road while heading into Sisters while trying to pass after a passing lane had come to an end. After nearly running me off the road the truck illegally passed the car infront of me on a blind double yellow and cut them off. Then continued to tailgate a semi truck and attemp and fail to illegally pass it multiple times on blind sections of the road.

Ryan is an excellent contractor, and with all the flaky ones out there, this is the guy we would recommend. We have an old homestead so roofing issues are things we need to be vigilant of for expected repairs. Not only is Ryan not flaky, but he's very, very professional, prompt, and courteous. Ryan, was responsive in getting us an estimate for a water leak repair needed on our roof in February this year. His estimate was reasonable and he explained in detail what exactly needed to be done for the repair. He was prompt in getting the materials ordered and his crew out to our house in a timely manner to get the repair done before the next snowfall. He takes pride in his workmanship and making sure it is done correctly. I would recommend On Top Roofing!
