After buying a house with definite roofing needs, last summer we reached out to 6 separate companies local to Lewis County. We compared reviews, materials each recommended to be used, labor & material warranties, as well as pricing. Mr Greg not only met us at our price constraints,but was able to help us save a huge amount on the quality, warrantied materials we needed.
His relationships in the community, and expertise allowed us to, not only reshingle the roof, but also afford to replace most of it's deck with top quality materials, quickly, and on the only days I had off work, without breaking the bank. Additionally, Mr Greg was the only roofing company to insist on coming back out to view our house, after foundation repairs were complete, to make sure he gave us an accurate estimate. Amazing customer service, and professionalism. Would recommend

We needed to replace our roof of 25 years. I had received bids from 3 other companies, a friend had told Greg that I was looking for a roofing contractor. Greg called me that same evening and was at my house by 10:00am the next morning. Greg did a thorough inspection of my roof. Of all the contractors, Greg was the only one that actually went into the attic to look for any signs of moister damage.
Additionally, I had tree damage to a carport. All of the previous bidders said that they would patch the damage while doing the roof job. Greg looked at the damage and showed me that there were several places that water had caused damage requiring the entire carport roof to be replaced. None of the other contractors even looked for additional damage.
I am 100% satisfied with Greg and On Top Roofing. The roof looks great, his crew was very efficient and cleaned everything well. I have already recommended OTR to 2 others so far.
Had my roof replaced, from the first meeting to get a bid to the day after for final inspection, this was professional and nice to work with Greg. His workers were focused hard workers. Put a new roof on in one day, cleaned everything up nicely…..i highly recommend this company…..

In the span of a week we went from finding a wet mark forming on the ceiling in our primary bedroom to a full on leak breaking through and water flowing in. I found On Top Roofing on Christmas night when our problems were the worst and Greg was quick to answer and willing to take time out of his holiday to talk through and help determine if we were in need of an emergency call out or if we could wait until the following day. Greg not only made this whole situation less painful to deal with but he educated us along the way. Our temporary tarp was poorly installed by another company which caused it to fail on Christmas. Greg had a crew out the next morning to correctly install the tarp to get us dried up and situated until we could have it repaired. While inspecting the roof it was found that not only was there an issue which was only roofed over rather than repaired prior to us buying the house, the roof that was installed also before we bought the house was just put on over another roof, there was no flashing, and under both roofs there was no sheets of plywood. Rather than just repair the leak we decided it would be best to just replace the roof because with everything we found out, we didn't have confidence or trust in it at all. On Top Roofing got us fixed up with a new roof in one day and in only a little over a week of first getting in touch with them. While the news wasn't the best and it was a rough situation over the holidays, it was made easier and less stressful by Greg and his team. Not only is the quality of work great but also I feel like it was done with professionalism and great knowledge. I also can tell Greg is honest because he helped access the situation and told me he didn't see it as an emergency on Christmas night and that he would recommend saving the emergency call out fees and have it go to the repairs. Many other companies would had easily taken advantage of a situation like this and happily would have done the emergency call out with no questions asked or would have recommended to do so. The cost was also reasonable considering roof replacements aren't cheap. I would highly recommend this roofing company and will use them again for anything we need in the future!
