When it was time to replace my 20-year-old roof, I got estimates from 6 different roofing companies. I made sure to get one from On Top Roofing because of how responsive and cost-efficient they were when I had an emergency roof leak earlier in the year. Their bid for a new roof was competitive and comprehensive, and I knew the Malarkey shingles they use are among the best in the industry, especially for use in PNW weather. Greg answered all my questions about the bid and their process, and explained how they protect all nearby plants/shrubs, and OTR won my business. The crew arrived on time, which was a very good sign!! They explained how they would start, how they would take photos throughout the process and if they discovered any surprises when they tore off the existing roof, they would discuss options with me before moving ahead with work. Everything went smoothly, there were no surprises, and they even used fewer sheets of plywood than they had estimated. When they finished the roof, they were meticulous about their clean-up, and I couldn't see any evidence they'd even been there except for my beautiful new roof. Is it wrong to be so excited about a new roof? It looks amazing and I feel confident it will protect my home for many, many years to come. We had some minor leaking through our metal roof and Greg for OTR came by to inspect. His recommendation was a re-screw as the roof was well over 30 year without ever having that done. He went so far as to show me on the roof what the issue was. His bid for the job was very competitive and we gladly awarded OTR the job. They got it done within the week and only took them one day. Most importantly, it solved the issue! OTR is an honest, competent, and hardworking company. 5 stars!!!!!
