Five stars! I highly recommend On Time Pool Service. They were incredibly punctual, arriving right on time and even sent a text reminder beforehand. The technician got right to work, replaced the parts, and thoroughly tested the system before leaving politely. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Great service from the time I called to get a quote, Jason responded right away and email me all the info. Then the technician Ken was very polite , show up on time and change my old pump for a new one, taking all trash and leaving our pool system running again ✌🏼😊

I had some work done in my pool cage, pavers, and deck drainage system and they did a wonderful Job, I would certainly recommend them for any pool work.

Originally went to Pinch a Penny. They couldn’t fix my pool light as they said it was Jacuzzi brand and only Leslie’s does it. I called Leslie’s and they told me to buy a new light online.
So i called on-time pools and they came out within a days notice and fixed the light. No questions asked. Works perfectly!

the tech took apart my failing existing pool motor first to see if he could repair it. (It is the original pump.) He couldn’t. He asked if the office explained the new pumps they install and the pricing. They had. He went over the benefits again and we had a variable speed pump installed. Afterwards, he showed us how to use it and also fixed another small issue we had with our pool. And sure enough, the new pump is so quiet, it didn’t hear it kick on this morning. It’s so quite just as promised and it’s supposed to save me money on energy costs. Very impressed with the company and the tech.

On Time provided excellent service once again. Jason sent Justin out for a repair on our pump and he quickly assessed the issue and got things ordered and up and working in a few days. Nice to have such a reliable group working for the care of our pool. Nick has beeen great performing our weekly service too! Highly recommend!

Definitely showed up on time but thats it. No scrubbing and not very good at balancing the pool chemicals. Complained, then finally let them go. Not once did they ever express concern. With a brand new pool, it was upsetting.

I am circling back around after it’s been a couple weeks since my original review (below). After reaching out following my review, I feel On-Time has adequately addressed our concerns promptly and throughly. We had several team members over to clean the pool initially and the training has been improved, resulting in a much cleaner pool. We appreciate the attention for a customer of theirs for several years - thank you!

Based on the reviews, I’m not sure if it’s an isolated incident but not feeling great about the services the last 6-month. As with any business, your original tech may be good but if they should get replaced it turns into a steady downgrade over this time even after speaking with the office the last several weeks.
The quality of the service and the training of any replacement techs is not good. On the regular, the pool is “cleaned” but it is not immediately after. There’s a note on how to clean the spa - yet, the instructions are not adhered to so the spa remains unclean. At one time, they did clean the pool filter and appear no longer. This last weekend, I spent the time to clean my own pool, backwash, clean the pool filter, etc. a day after there was the regular maintenance - I’m not sure what I pay for at this stage.
I hope they see this review and do something about this as I have otherwise been a happy customer over these last several years and not just some crazy person that expects perfection as I’m sure some of their clients are. It is factually left unclean; the replacement techs aren’t trained; and they don’t follow the standards that are sold and paid for.

On-Time Pools was exceptional in taking care of upgrading, repairing and renovating our pool. We have never owned a pool before and just purchased a home that had a pool that we were renovating. They were fair in their pricing and took the time to not only fix things but to teach us how each system worked. The quality of the work was top notch. We had a leak repaired, saltwater conversion, system repair (paramount pool), drain and acid wash.
Our project manager, David, was beyond great. Just an all-around nice guy. Highly recommend!
