This company has been wonderful in dealing with my oxygen needs. I did have some small issues and they took care of them right away and sent me a brand new machine with great service and proffesionalism, no questions asked. I wish all companies had the integrity and honesty this company has! Shout out to Nathan and Cody who were so nice always helped me out. You will not go wrong if you buy from this company.

The sales rep was very customer service oriented and helped me in deciding what type of machine I needed. Also I was taking my concentrator on the plane and provided with the link to get clearance to bring the device on the plane. Now the unit I bought was light weight and powerful enough to meet my needs. I also was given a back pack for the machine and it worked out great. It gave me freedom of movement. Great customer service. great product and it exceeded all my expectations. This review is being written 3 months after purchase.
Customer service was amazing! I had to get an oxygen concentrator for my mother in order for her to be released from the hospital. Cody helped me find the perfect one by describing the different models, via phone call, while I looked at them on the website. When the overnight delivery fell through, Codys’ wife drove the machine out to my house, on a Sunday, nearly an hour each way. She helped me unbox it and showed me how to operate it. I can’t thank them enough!
I ordered the Arya Mini from Cody at On the Go Portable Oxygen. I have been on oxygen 24/7 since 2015. My husband and I like to travel and were ready to upgrade to a lighter concentrator. Because I had used other Portables, I had many questions for Cody. He was great. He was able to answer all my questions. He got me the best deal and I received my concentrator quickly. It's even better than I imagined. I just got back from 2 days at Disneyland and one at Universal Studios. It's so easy for me to use. It's light enough for me to carry by myself. It's small enough to stow away on my wheelchair. Thanks Cody for giving me more freedom to stay active!
Cody was the person that helped us find exactly what we needed and was able to have it delivered within 4 days. We bought the eclipse 5 for our 8 month old daughter and he ensured that we were buying the most reliable machine with the safety of our daughter in mind.
