The owner, Will, from On the Clock stepped in and made my auction pick up a mere hour after I phoned him on the DAY OF need (a SATURDAY no less) safely delivering my expensive, fragile items to the shippers before they closed at 2:30. Amazing performance! I had hired another courier service to do the job that left me hanging & contacting new businesses when they suddenly said they didn't have enough insurance to do the job (or even a box as contracted!) on site at 11:30 that morning. Within an hour of speaking with Will, I had a quote & soon after he was heading to Boulder from Denver. The price was reasonable, the service was well above expectations and he did a wonderful job protecting my items. (He DID have a box & bubble wrap, LOL.) He even sent me photos so I was reassured all was well. Now they are my go-to shipper from Fort Collins to Boulder. True peace of mind is having a great long distance team, and I would highly recommend this business to you as well. He was friendly, professional and even heroic!
