Very disappointing experience.
We submitted our request on 7 Jan 2026 for obtaining a new PSA marriage certificate and DFA attestation. We were clearly informed that the process would take 25–30 days.
It has now been 3 months, and we still have not received the document.
What is even more concerning is the lack of transparency — every time we follow up, we are told “it’s on the way,” “a couple of days,” or “this week,” but no actual progress or proof is provided.
This kind of delay and misleading communication is unacceptable, especially for important legal documents.
I request immediate clarification and resolution.
(Update: We received the document after escalation).
