I am deeply grateful to Dr Ng for his exceptional care and surgical expertise throughout my treatment journey. Last year, he successfully removed my rectal GIST tumour and created a temporary stoma to support my recovery. He took the time to explain my condition, the surgical plan, and the recovery process clearly and patiently, which was very reassuring. As the tumour was located extremely close to my anus, complete removal while preserving normal bowel function was especially challenging — yet Dr Ng remained determined and committed in achieving the best possible outcome. Last week, he successfully performed the closure of my temporary stoma. Once again, the surgery and recovery were handled with the same high standard of professionalism and care. I am truly thankful for the results. I would also like to commend the staff at One Surgical Clinic for their kindness, empathy, and prompt assistance. Their genuine care made the entire experience much more comfortable. Dr Ng is not only a highly skilled surgeon but also a compassionate and approachable doctor. I'd like to recommend and thank Dr Ng for his skilled and experienced hands in handling my surgery for an appendicitis last month. By the next morning I was able to get off the bed and within 2 weeks I was back to normal. Now its slightly more than a mth and I am completely well. I had other keyhole surgery that went very bad resulting in infection from bacteria found in the operating theatre by other doctors before and causing hernia of the belly button. So I am very happy with Dr Ng. Thank you! He is indeed very good at his area of focus. Highly recommended. His clinic staff are also very swift and speedy as my case was one of an emergency. They responded over WhatsApp even during off office hours. Thank you so much! Kudos to excellent work attitude!!

Had a wonderful experience with Dr Ng and his staffs. His staffs were v accommodating and understanding despite multiple rescheduled of appointment. My experience with One Surgical Clinic & Surgery was excellent. My surgeon, Dr Leonard Ho, is patient, professional and meticulous. He gave thorough explanations on all the surgical procedures that I would go through prior to my surgery, answered my queries and tried his best to alleviate my worries and concerns. Dr Ho also went the extra mile to recommend his colleagues in the medical field for my follow up treatments. I also had pleasant experiences with the nurses and medical assistants working in the clinic. They were prompt to respond to my queries and provided ample avenues for me to reach out to the clinic if I had any issues, post surgery. I will highly recommend One Surgical Clinic & Surgery, Dr Ho and his team as a choice when considering relevant medical procedures and surgeries under his purview.

Had colonoscopy and gastroscopy performed by Dr Ng early Apr 2024 and a subsequent follow-up mid May 2024. The thought of a procedure terrified me (am sure as would anyone), however surprisingly, it wasn’t the case. When I was at Mt. Alvernia Hospital getting ready for the procedure, I felt at ease. It went well and the whole process was rather seamless. At the follow-up visit, Dr Ng was clear in his explanations on the types of polyps removed. The clinic assistants at the Parkway East branch were pleasant. It wasn’t a touch and go. Both Xueting and Evelyn were concerned and asked about my well being. Dr Ng has been patient with answering my questions and lessened my anxiety on the procedures required. He was honest with what to expect and I was assured with his competence and experience. To my surprise, he managed to accomodate by situating the laporoscopic incisions around my tattoo and belly ring which I was grateful for. Have been seeing Dr Ng on and off since 2016 and he is a really patient doctor who takes time to ask you questions and offer explanations so as to help me understand more about what is causing my symptoms/conditions and how I can manage it going forward. In May 2018, I was experiencing blood in my stool. Dr. Ng immediately attended to me. CT scan and colonoscopy detected cancer and I was operated. Close and careful follow-up in the following months by Dr Ng. In January 2022, I experienced pains again. Gallstones were extracted and gallbladder was removed in two separate surgeries. Regular follow-up with Dr. Ng. Through my cancer, gallstones and gallbladder journeys, I have experienced Dr. Ng's competent care and compassion. He patiently answered our questions and fears. Dr. Ng's staff -Xue Ting, Jie Ling and Hui Yee are also wonderful and caring ladies, and who even advised us on my post-op diet when my wife asked them. My wife and I are thankful to Dr. Ng and his staff for looking after me all these years in times of need. I will strongly recommend Dr Ng to my family and friends. God bless Dr Ng and staff.
