We could not be happier with our renovations by OneStop. The design was amazing, the work was stellar, and the communication/project management was so clear, responsive, and timely. We have used them for three bathrooms and a kitchen, and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a truly positive remodeling experience.
I consider this a public service announcement. I have never before posted a negative review. However, I would hate to see anyone else have to go through what we’ve been through with One Stop Kitchen and Bath. I hope this spares you months of aggravation, wasted time and money. They are unreliable in this field and extremely unprofessional as well. The positive reviews online are hard to understand.
Once they’ve collected a significant deposit and a problem arises, don’t expect a returned call or email in any timely fashion.
I signed a contract with One Stop in May of 2025. At the time, I was very pleased with their design capabilities.
We were adamant that we wanted solid wood cabinets. No MDF of any kind. The only cabinet line they sold that offered everything we wanted was their high end, and supposedly, fully customizable, Medallion line. We chose unfinished oak cabinets for the kitchen and unfinished maple for the laundry room and bathroom which would be painted on site. Before leaving the showroom, we were told that if we wanted Medallion to paint our maple cabinets white, they could do it in the factory. This felt like a good way to save time and money so we agreed.
Several months later the cabinets arrived and we discovered a small, but crucial, oak cabinet missing. Because of its location in the kitchen, we were unable to finish installing the cabinets until it arrived. 2 months later! One Stop’s extremely poor communication didn’t help. The kitchen remodel was at a total standstill while we waited.
Also, despite choosing a shaker style for the doors and drawers, the smallest cabinets were delivered with flat panels on the drawer fronts and doors. Not shaker. Apparently Medallion is not fully customizable as they do not offer that style in the smallest cabinets. So, in order to match the rest of the kitchen, we had to hire a carpenter to make them. More $ spent that wasn’t in the budget. We also discovered that all the white, painted cabinet doors and drawer fronts were not maple. One Stop did not tell us that if Medallion painted them, the maple drawer fronts and doors would be swapped out for… you guessed it, MDF. To their credit, One Stop immediately reordered all the drawer fronts and doors in unfinished maple, but now we were forced to color match to the cabinet bodies, which was not ideal. This took another month to get.
And, when the replacement doors for a glass front cabinet arrived, they were solid wood instead, and had to be ordered, AGAIN. Waited an additional month-plus.
But, by far, the biggest issue was this… Despite having specifications for ALL the appliances we planned to purchase for the kitchen, One Stop ordered a cabinet that did not fit the built-in microwave. We did not discover this until after all the cabinets had been painted AND installed.
Panic mode set in. The countertops were ready to go in, but in order for our microwave to fit, not one, but TWO cabinets would need to be ripped out, reconfigured, reordered, then painted and re-installed. By now, we knew the months it would take to complete.
We agreed to a change in our design in order to move forward with what had already been delivered, but wanted One Stop to order cabinet doors to cover the odd opening that was once supposed to fit the microwave.
The first set of doors came but were much smaller than the opening and with glass fronts. They fit no cabinet opening we had anywhere in the house and had to be reordered. A month more.
The second set of doors arrived twice as large as the opening and had to be reordered. Another month.
The third set of doors arrived and while they almost fit, they were delivered in maple, not oak and look noticeably different than all the other kitchen cabinets. We are exhausted by One Stop.
I emailed them about my 4th set of cabinet doors, to cover their mistake on a design we didn’t even want. That was 2 weeks ago. True to form. Crickets.
We understand that there are sometimes glitches in construction, but this is ridiculous.
Run, don’t walk, away from this company.
Bathroom remodeling. Naomi did a great job with design and helping us choose materials. Conner, the project manager was very attentive, came every day to check on the project. Pedro and Ivan were here on time every day and worked hard all day. Workmanship superior, great attention to detail. We couldn't be happier!!

Just completed our shower renovation with OneStop Kitchen & Bath and we are thrilled with the results! Working with Naomie during the design phase was such a pleasure...she was patient, extremely responsive and helpful. Then working with "the crew" of Conner, Jose & Mario was just as good. They showed up on time, communicated via text/telephone each day about the progress and timeframe for the next day, and were kind and respectful. Jose was such a conscientious worker - leaving his job site tidy each evening, extremely detailed oriented, & precise.
I would happily recommend OneStop Kitchen and Bath to anyone.

OneStop took our kitchen out of the 20th century into the 21st. Our fifty-two-year-old house looks all of its fifty-two years inside and out until you walk down the front hallway and make a left turn into the new kitchen. You might think, am I in the same house whose front door I just walked through? It’s mind blowing. However, I do have a cautionary tale and that is why I only give a four star instead of a five. A “magic corner” floor cabinet is a very useful and clever invention. Problem with ours is, our electric range, which is less than a year old (so we chose not to replace it), blocks the cabinet’s door from fully opening and that severely restricts the usefulness of the magic corner by about 75%. If our oven’s depth was two inches shorter, everything would be fine. Aside from that, our kitchen remodel is amazing!
Naomi was wonderful to help with the design of my new bathroom. The One Stop Team worked around my schedule and made this experience wonderful even with the holidays and snow storm as it created delays. I am very happy and will definitely recommend and use this Team in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience with Onestop Kitchen and Bath - Fredericksburg VA
When I renovated my kitchen, I purchased cabinets, countertop and flooring from them. I was clearly told that the parts came with a lifetime warranty and that if any issue occurred, I could simply contact them and they would help resolve it.
Now that I’m facing a flooring issue, I’ve been reaching out to them for the past few weeks. Instead of honoring what was promised, they responded saying:
"Hello sir. We have searched our records and MSI has searched their records, and we have not been able to locate any records of the transaction to process a claim."
This is after I already provided all of my payment invoices and documentation. It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing to be told there’s no record, especially when I have proof of purchase.
If you’re considering doing business here, please be cautious and make sure you keep all documentation. Based on my experience, the after-sales support and warranty promises were not honored.
Very pleased with my bathroom design consultation with Lucy B. She was punctual, knowledgeable and provided insightful aging-in-place suggestions. After sharing my inspiration photo and budget with her, it was clear she had been attentively listening to my preferences because she nailed it on recommendations that matched my taste! The Falls Church showroom is compact with convenient parking.

After over 20 years in my home, I decided it was time to renovate the master bathroom. Stephanie Fasick helped me to design the bathroom of my dreams and Umut Ozkaya served as project manager. I am very pleased with the results. Everyone was very professional and the process went very smoothly. They worked extremely hard to ensure that I was happy with the results. I would definitely use them again for other projects.
OMG... Naomi and crew were the best...I am very please with the work done. I never had a remodeling project like this before and it was done very professionally. Naomi made it personal I feel. She is very detail oriented a pleasure to work with. The work was way much more than I expected. I had one bathroom remodeled and another bathroom installed. Both are very well crafted. The kitchen looks like something out of a home kitchen magazine. I do plan on using Onestop Kitchen Bath again. Thank you sooo much.

This was my first major home project and I’m beyond grateful to have been connected with Naomie to help me design my project. She came out to my home and was kind enough to work with me on my budget and made excellent design choices that worked well for my space. Communicating with her made things not as daunting or overwhelming throughout the entire project. The contractors on site were meticulous in their workmanship, and I appreciated how they laid material to protect my flooring even before they stepped into my home. I’m very pleased with the outcome. I wanted something that could make my bathroom spaces very spa-like; relaxing and inviting, and that’s exactly what I got!🥰

I'm so upset and embarrassed to have paid $38K for this kitchen remodel.
I'm standing here, the day after Christmas cleaning up from breakfast. I'm looking around at the cabinets separating from the ceiling again, the cabinets chipping, the messed up tiles, the inconsistent grout, the DIY baseboards, the patchy walls. Parts of my home are still torn apart waiting for this stuff to get fixed since October. I'm just looking around taking in all the things wrong with this kitchen, despite the project being "finished," taking it all in and I'm realizing I hate this kitchen. I truly am ashamed at myself for paying for this. I feel like I got played.
This project was supposed to start in August. So we prepared our family and home to be without a kitchen. We got our garage ready to turn over to the crew as the contract said. Then crickets. Nothing for a month. Kept asking for updates on the project page like we were told and got no response. Had to eventually hunt them down to be told your stuff is ready we will start in a couple days. Convenient timing.
Communication was the major breakdown in this project. I'd ask for information and either not get a response or almost refuse to be given an answer. Is the crew coming tomorrow? Crickets. What time? Crickets? When will you be shutting off the water? I'll let you know... Ended up doing some stuff I didn't even want and now added painting a whole other room to the project simply because the dude wouldn't tell me what was going on. At on point they just disappeared for 2 weeks and ghosted me. Thought they were going to be finishing the floors like I was told, but nope. Wasnt until I lost my mind and started demanding they come back that work started again. Was eventually given a somewhat reasonable explanation, but again that could have been communicated two months earlier before they disappeared and left us sitting here wondering what was going on without a kitchen while no work was being done for 2 weeks.
Once the kitchen was at a point we could use it, I thought there would be some sort of QA process. Nope. Anytime I'd point out a problem, I felt like I was being treated like I was just nagging. I'd give a list of things and maybe a couple small things would be fixed. Then I felt like it was like "what now" when I brought the list back up. I feel like he pressured me into hurrying through things and signing the final contract and making the last payment. As if he was using the fact that I was so over not having a kitchen as a reason to get me to just sign off. "Oh we will just add it to the punch list." I'm so embarrassed that I let him pressure me into signing and paying. The punch list is just a couple touchups, like it should be. They have to rip up and redo the entire floor and paint an entire room. Then there are so many other smaller things that the project looks unfinished. They let you keep like $300 for the punchlist, to touch up tittle odds and ends. The punch list shouldn't be to finish the project.
Once I signed that final contract. I feel like I became the bottom of the priority list. Keep in mind, they still have to redo the entire floor. So for us the project is still ongoing and our home is still in a state of unrest...since August. And I feel like we are just next in line when are stuff should have been done months ago.
Trust and faith in our PM broke well before the project ended. Then after weeks of waiting, he has the crew come in to barely fix the massive list of problems. I'll admit, what they did fix looked better, but it barely scratched the surface. We had a plan to meet and discuss the floors and the rest of the problems that they didn't fix. Get a call 20 minutes late to cancel for an "emergency" and he gets pissy when I bring up issues. Found out later that another project was more important than mine. Like I said, next in line. Got a new PM since then.
I haven't asked for reimbursement yet. I just want quality to match the price. We'll see what happens when they come back in Jan. Regardless, 1 needs to match the other at some point.
