I normally don’t leave comments but I really wanted to share this gem with the world. This was a LIFE CHANGING experience for me. I overcame trauma blocks that I didn’t think I could and some I didn’t know I had. I was given the tools to help become the best version of me. My journey really opened the doors to become in tuned with myself. The environment was beautiful and peaceful. The facilitators, Vee, Ari, Jason took time with me, answered any questions and showed support. Everyone there, including the staff that prepared delicious meals, made sure my room had everything( Ms, Cherry and Tammy just to name a couple) all showed ONE love to myself and others around me. Im very grateful for this trip and the new light it has shined on life.

This was an incredible experience. The staff there is extremely kind and they are true healers. The food was awesome. You are right on the water in Jamaica with a beautiful ocean breeze that will calm your soul. The rooms worked great and had adequate air conditioning. The psilocybin journeys we did opened up my conscious to so many things that have allowed me to be renewed and improved version of myself. I will cherish this experience and be forever grateful for ONE Retreats and the great work they are doing for people in their healing journey.

This was my first Psychedelic Retreat and the whole experience from the prep before you arrive to the post retreat check ins are all done with such care and love.
