I have have a wonderful experience dealing with Rory from One Physio. He is very knowledgeable and professional and always treated me with respect and courtesy. After one of his treatments I would always leave pain free. I would highly recommend using Rory as he gave me my quality of life back!
I am 4 weeks post-Foraminal stenosis surgery, and thanks to Rory, I have hope that I will make a full recovery. I have experienced neck pain for many years, and when the pain went into my left arm, I decided that surgery was reluctantly worth the risk. An assessment with Rory before the surgery helped me make that decision, but I knew there were no guarantees. Post-surgery, the pain was unbearable for nearly 3 weeks. Once I started physio again with Rory, I began to get some relief from the pain and slowly, more and more movement in my arm and neck. Rory rang me in the 2nd week of post-surgery, and I will never forget that gesture of care. Today, I am amazed at my recovery in the past 10 days. I can rotate my arm without pain and stretch it behind my back. I am planning to be back in the pool in two weeks, which is all thanks to Rory; he is caring, kind and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Rory without hesitation to anyone in pain. Physio works, but you'll need to do the work as well. Each session, he assesses my movements and adjusts my exercises, which I have completed daily without fail. Sincere thanks, Rory, you are simply the best!

I genuinely don’t have the words to thank Jay enough.
After suffering a severe neck compression injury, I was in a really bad place and facing the very real possibility of surgery. Jay not only helped me avoid that path, but he gave me my quality of life back.
His knowledge, care, and persistence were next level. He took the time to properly understand what was going on, explained everything clearly, and backed it up with a plan that actually worked. It wasn’t a quick fix — it was proper, thoughtful treatment.
I’m now back to living normally again, and I honestly credit Jay with that. If you’re dealing with something serious, you want him in your corner.

Following a knee replacement and a second operation following a complication, Jay worked with me over a 12 month period. Jay was able to keep me focused and motivated to achieve the best possible outcome in relation to flexion and getting back to cycling, yoga and bush walking. I can’t thank him enough. As soon as Shelle started my remedial massage, I knew that I had a pro working on me - she knew exactly what she was doing and after having trouble sleeping for the past week due to a pain radiating through my shoulder and ribs, she worked her magic and I was able to sleep pain free that same night. She also offered suggestions for maintenance and prevention, then followed up with a post massage phone call to check how I was doing and sent me some helpful links to help solve other issues.
