I used One Move Movers today to move an entire house of furniture from San Jose to Saratoga, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. The team arrived with a great attitude and positive energy. They asked all the right questions at the beginning to plan the packing and moving process properly. They were extremely kind, careful, and wrapped every item in a very professional way. They provided all the materials needed — boxes, tape, blankets, and wrapping paper — and made sure everything was protected. Once the move was complete, they cleaned up everything and left the place spotless. Overall, the crew was super professional, efficient, and incredibly nice and helpful. I highly recommend One Move if you want a smooth, stress-free moving experience!

They didn't just move my belongings—they genuinely helped me pack efficiently and made what could have been a stressful day completely smooth and manageable. Their professionalism, care, and positive attitudes made all the difference. What really stood out was their dedication at the end of a long day. Even after all the heavy lifting and moving was done, they stayed to assemble two kids' beds for me—in the dark, no less! There was quite a bit of required paperwork—COI, quotes, and other documentation—but they managed everything quickly and professionally. They arrived on time, were well-organized, and took great care of every item from pick up to delivery, especially when moving conference room furniture into our all-glass conference rooms. My move was handled by Sergio, Domingo, Guillermo, Francisco, and Fran the moving consultant. I want to thank them for their outstanding work. I had a move with Tonga and his excellent team. It is the second time I have used this moving company, after I had a great first experience. When requesting/scheduling, the admin team is very pleasant, accomodating, informative, and proactive in arranging and confirming the details of the move. They also had a slot quite close to my request time and had the details of my first move at the ready! As for the move itself, I was moving quite a lot of items/boxes and requested packing service for some other items as well. The team called ahead and arrived on time as scheduled. Each team member was careful and diligent packing up my items. I haven't fully unpacked but what I have unpacked at my new location has been carefully protected with packing material and loaded with consideration to location (i.e., master bedroom items separated out and labeled vs. bathroom or closet items, etc.). Additionally, despite the scope of my move, the team came in well under quote! The team was very careful and considerate in handling furniture and proactive in asking how it should be arranged. They made the experience of moving easier to an almost unimaginable degree. Excellent movers like One Move Movers are well worth the cost!! Cannot recommend enough.
