One Dial Dumpster Reviews

Very easy process to get a dumpster delivered to my house. Very nice and flexible. They took care to deliver a clean dumpster with no damage to the driveway! Communication was a breeze and they picked up when promised. No surprises on the bill either. I imagine I’ll need them again very soon! Thank you

Never leave reviews, however I believe this company deserves it. From the first time I call to get a quote till the time they picked up the dumpster, they communicated, explained, and delivered . A+ . Highly recommend!

We rented a dumpster from One Dial after seeking out three quotes. First of all, Jim was the only one to follow up immediately, even though it was on a weekend (after purchasing a new shed and realizing we would need to demo the old one ourselves). He also followed up a couple days later to see if we had made a decision - and not in an annoying way - just as a reminder. That was my first clue that he’s very customer service-centered. We ultimately chose One Dial because it was a very reasonable price and we didn’t know exactly what the weight would be. As it turns out, having an extra ton for a 20 yard dumpster over his competitors worked out well for us. The delivery was easy, as was pick-up. The open line of text communication during the process was much appreciated! We have done a lot of reno since buying this house and we’ve had a lot of dealings with contractors of different trades. Jim and One Dial stands out as very customer service oriented. Next time we need a dumpster, One Dial will be who we dial.

I would highly recommend One Dial Dumpster for any clean up projects! I emailed them and received a reply in a few minutes. The dumpster was delivered the next day. We were able to take our time cleaning out our garage. Fast, friendly service with very reasonable prices. It was a pleasure working with Jim. I didn’t get to meet the “crew”, but they dropped the dumpster exactly where we asked them to put it in our driveway. I wish I could give them more than five stars! Excellent service!

I've never needed a dumpster before, I didn't really know what I size I needed. I made one phone call, Jim figured out what I needed, worked out a schedule and then texted me everything else. He was available for questions via text thereafter and answered promptly. Everything went off without a hitch and the pricing was reasonable, even with an overage. If I ever need another dumpster, I'll never call anyone else.
