I was having an issue with my hot water heater so I called One Call Houston and once I explained my issue I was assigned a technician and was told he would be at my house that afternoon. Travis showed up on time, assessed the situation and offered me options to get me back in business. Travis was like every other technician One Call has sent to my home: knowledgeable, very personable, professional and thorough. After visiting with Travis I decided to replace my 16 yr old hot water heater. Travis and his assistant were at my house the very next morning to install the new one. Travis was efficient and explained everything and even tested the water temps and cleaned faucet aerators. From start to finish it was a delightful experience working with Travis.

Rob from One1Call just left my house and once again service
provided by this company is excellent. I was not able to get the
heat to come on and so I called One1Call this morning at 9:30 and the technician was here before noon. Turns out the thermostat was the issue so he replaced it and we are warm and
toasty once again. I'm going to have them install a surge protector for the whole house after the first of the year. Everything is digital now and with frequent power outages we experience in the area it will be worth the money to have a good surge protector installed. I am so glad I was referred to this company as they are a one stop shop for all of my needs and I trust them!

Dorian arrived on time. Very professional. Explained everything in detail. Answered all our questions. Installed a tankless water heater in a few hours and cleaned up when done. Would recommend.
