I had a great experience with Pharaoh. He cleaned my engine bay, and the results were amazing. He was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring throughout the whole process. You can tell he takes pride in his work and really knows what he’s doing. He took the time to make sure everything was done properly and treated my car with care. no idea how this place has any good reviews.... but three days ago the leader of my church a very good man was given a birthday gift the church saved a year for.... to restore his 33 year old sports car so he can drive in tomorrows memorial day auto show on staten island..... we raised 700 dollars and he was moved and so happy.... but.... the head man from one and only took the money and gave the car a bum rush.... the video shows he worked one hour 15 minutes and did a nice car wash but no paint correction.... or ceramic coating or wheel polishing.... we have pictures and a video we can post.... he himself contacted the business many times by text...email....phone calls....we have those as well..... and was told nothing can be done.... so he just asked for 200 dollars back so he can try to make the car look good with help from the church..... they denied him that as well...... this is a really sad situation for no reason ...he paid in full and got ripped off...... a really good man...... who everyone loves..... he always helps people for decades...... just wanted to ask how this company could do that or why they would do that??? just to save the next person from hell

When caring for a 33-year-old classic vehicle, our primary priority is the safe preservation of the paint. Prior to beginning the work, we communicated that a one-step polish package is designed to maximize gloss and clarity, but cannot safely eliminate deep, decades-old defects without a multi-step compounding process. We dedicated nearly two hours to meticulously prepping, machine-polishing, and applying the ceramic coating to ensure the vehicle received the highest level of care possible within that standard scope. We always want our clients to feel heard and respected. While we regret that there was a misunderstanding regarding the physical limitations of a single-step polish on vintage clear coat, we stand behind the quality and integrity of our workmanship. We sincerely wish the pastor the very best with his classic car

what a horror show what was done to my church leader was horrific....i never wrote a bad feedback before..... but we are all so shocked and will continue to warn others..... paid 750 dollars for full detail and instead got a car wash taking less than 1.5 hours...... i have gone to see the rare sports car myself..... i see no work on swirls and even old wax still remaining all over the vehicle..... did not yet see the video from the camera over the garage but do not see that nothing really was done..... it was a total rip off..... when my church leader asked for a little relief many many times.... he was told he needed to go to many places to get written reports ..... i went with him to 3 places in staten island.... got nothing in writing.....but each one said ..... no real work of any kind was done......agreeing he was ripped off.....he is a very good man.... i hope other good people can stand my him as he lost his chance to put his rare car in the memorial day auto show..... which we saved for months to do montve

The business has 4.9 stars on Google and based on the service I experienced I felt compelled to leave a review. The car was not cleaned to the level I would expect with the price I paid ($300). In addition, the customer service was poor, although the person Pharoh was a nice guy. Here is a summary. When the cleaner arrived, I received a text to my cell phone. That was good. Then he attempted to communicate with us via our Ring doorbell 3 times after he arrived. I’m at work during the day and my wife takes care of the kids. I booked the service. They could simply call me install of stressing my wife. At one point I caught him speaking into the Ring camera with no one listening or available to receive his message. That is poor customer service. Second is the actual quality of the cleaning. Apparently during the cleaning, he found pet fur and charged extra. Had I known it would be extra, I wouldn’t have booked. When I called to book the service I mentioned the fur and no one mentioned a price change. When I reviewed the work, I found dust in obvious spots and the glove compartment not cleaned at all (see photos). Lastly, there wasn’t a high level of care with our personal items. When I arrived my laser measure was literally left on the top of my vehicle for hours. In addition, they accidentally took a bag of my ratchet straps, but did come back later to drop it off. Many of my items that I left in the car were left in random places and not put back where it was found. Overall, this business did not show the level of professionalism and quality I would expect at the rating they have and price that is charged. In addition, they asked for a tip at the end, which I gave, but unless they are outsourcing the work to cleaners who are paid minimum wage or below (don’t think they are) the tip isn’t appropriate for the price. The 3 star rating is because the car is clean (just with the issues mentioned above) and the gentleman seemed nice. I obviously won’t be a repeat customer.
