I’m currently undergoing hair removal with Joanna and I honestly couldn’t be happier! The results are already amazing — I’m seeing a huge reduction — and she makes every session so comfortable and almost completely pain-free. Joanna also did my skin consultation and scan, and she explained everything so clearly. I’m genuinely excited to start my BBL treatment with her! She was very professional, gave me a lot of advice and informed me about what will happen and what should I do after. I was completely blown away by this clinic. Normally I get my Dysport procedure done in South Africa , but Ominya clinic proved I should think otherwise. I can’t recommend Omniya clinic enough, I’ve been seeing Dr Roked for several years now for endocrine / hormone problems and she’s been amazing. She always helpful and works with me to help resolve any issues that crop up due to my ongoing chronic condition. She uses both conventional medicine but also can advise on additional complimentary products. I’m so glad I found her.

I have been getting Botox for years. My last treatment was with Dr. Shahd Twijiri, and it was the worst I’ve ever had. The lines at the sides of my forehead were treated, but nothing was done in the middle, a complete failure. She even admitted she couldn’t do better. Arrogance is not acceptable; anyone performing these treatments should know what they are doing first. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, there are many professionals who are skilled, knowledgeable, and approach their work with the right attitude. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. The treatment was handled by someone who appeared incompetent and arrogant, despite the 5-star look. Even 0 would be too generous, but the site doesn’t allow a below-zero option.

We have had a look into your complaint, which we take very seriously. We note that this review is the first communication we have had with you since your appointment more than 5 months ago.

You presented to Dr Shahd as a new patient. As with all new patients, Dr Shahd takes a very careful approach and will treat using a standard dose. This will avoid unnatural results and undue consequences such as drooping or heaviness which you are at higher risk of.

In some cases, patients need more treatment, and this is offered free of charge at the review appointment. Following your treatment you were offered a review appointment scheduled 2-4 weeks after.

Unfortunately, you cancelled your review appointment. You were contacted on the day in an attempt to rearrange but we did not receive any response from you. We are sorry to read your review, but had you completed your treatment, we are certain hat the outcome would have been a positive one.

Omniya clinic is a beautiful clinic with lovely staff and great customer service. I have been seeing Dr Thu-Linh for over two years, and I highly recommend her for any of your facial needs. She has the wonderful ability to have the skills to give you the most amazing results, whilst looking completely natural. I have seen Dr Thu-Linh for numerous treatments from fillers to various skin boosters, and I can always rely on her honest, expert advice for the best treatments for my needs (she will also steer you away from something that she doesn’t think you need). Just as important, her aftercare is first class and she is always available for advice, which I believe is essential when choosing your practitioner. I have recommended Thu-Linh to friends, who after comments about my glowing, youthful skin and that I look so well, had no idea that it was down to my treatments, which is always the sign of a fantastic Doctor. If you are looking to switch to a new practitioner, or it’s your first time having an aesthetic treatment, then you will be in no better hands than Dr Thu-Linh. If you then want to spill your secrets afterwards how you look fantastic is not down to Mother Nature, then that’s up to you, because no one will ever know - she’s that good :)
