Dr. Chavez is one of the best Dr.’s. I have ever been to. I had to have a hysterectomy at a young age and went to every major medical center you can think of on the west coast to receive treatment for hormones. I had terrible reactions and felt old and tired all the time. Dr Chavez meet with me, did labs and looked at things but most important spent time explaining to me what was going on in my body. I started BioT - bio identical hormones and quickly we got the dosages right and I have gotten my life back. I feel younger, look younger, lost weight and inches. Many of my friends and family could not believe my transformation. The past two years have been such a blessing to have my life back. I knew I didn’t feel good before but I never realized how bad I was really feeling until I felt really good. It has been so many years of struggle it’s been such a gift and I am so thankful to Dr. Chavez for her incredible care and expertise. I started going to Dr. Chavez about a year ago, and from the very first visit, I was impressed. He spent several hours with me, asking detailed questions, running a number of tests, and ultimately creating a personalized plan. Since then, I’ve lost 50 pounds, I am no longer pre-diabetic, and I feel better with more energy than I’ve had in years.
The care doesn’t stop at the doctor’s office either—Freddy at Optimal is fantastic. He checks in with me monthly to make sure I have everything I need and that I never run out of supplements. That extra level of follow-up really makes a difference.

My initial health exam was quite thorough, and since then I’ve appreciated how well-organized the program has been. Great experience here at OMG. Dr Chavez is an amazing physician and truly cares about his patients.
There is no wait time to see the physicians and they have an array of machines such as DEXA scan, V02 and Body contouring devices and hormonal balance treatments.
OMG has also opened a location in Las Vegas with a variety of new technology in medical equipment so I can visit that location when in Vegas!!!
Definitely invest in your health and let OMG guide you in that investment!

I could not be happier with the care that I have received from Dr. Chavez and the entire staff at Optimal Medical Group. I have been a patient for five years now and I appreciate that each time I go to the office I never have a wait time and I feel like the full attention of Dr. Chavez and his staff is entirely on me. From the beginning we have been able to utilize machines they have in the office such as a DEXA scanner and VO2 testing to evaluate my health, set goals, and continually monitor my progress as I age. I am also very impressed by the wide array of other machines available including shock wave therapy, and InMode devices such as Bodytite.
If you are serious about your health and wellness I highly recommend the providers and many therapies available at Optimal Medical Group.
