He took the time to explain all the options and provided so much information including detailed design plans of the mantel. We ordered a new mantel for our living room and the entire process could not have gone more smoothly. Our sales advisor Krish walked us through the process, from choosing the stone to measuring the fireplace (and we did it several times to make sure we got it right!), keeping us advised on the manufacturing timeline, and handling shipping and delivery. Our contractor found the installation very straightforward, and again Krish worked with our contractor to make sure it all went well. The final product exceeded our expectations and looks great!
A note of thanks to Vito Trichilo for the exceptional production and installation of a fireplace and over-mantel in our 120-year old home. Due to the size of our living room, we faced challenges finding a mantel in the Omega showroom and catalogue that suited the scale of our space. Our concern was that many of the available designs appeared oversized for the room. Vito understood our vision and executed a custom design perfectly tailored to our living room. From start to finish, the fireplace was meticulously crafted and installed, and the final product is nothing short of perfection. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Fantastic service from the moment I walked in the door. I knew nothing about fireplaces and was undecided between gas versus electric. Ian patiently took me through all my options and didn’t try to upsell me. He even visited my home to familiarize himself with my space to ensure I had the best unit that suited my needs. I ended up purchasing a RealFyre log set.
The installer Ian set me up with, Arek, was just as incredible. In addition to installing my gas line for a very reasonable rate, Arek walked me through what I needed to do to my space in order to be code compliant.

We met with Christina Iliadis who help us though the process of picking a design and finish for a mantel we were installing as part of a fireplace reno we were doing. She was extraordinarily helpful and took us through their impressive factory to show us where our mantel was going to be made. Everything about the process was top drawer. The individuals who came into our home to measure and ultimately install were polite, competent and on time. The finished mantel is beautiful and we couldn't be happier. From start to finish Omega Mantels and Omega Flames (we had 2 gas inserts installed through Ian Stone as part of our project) were highly professional. They knew what they were doing, led us through the process, communicated well, and delivered quality end products. They also delivered everything they promised on time.

As the Christmas season approached, we began exploring options to upgrade our fireplace mantel and visited Omega Mantels about three months before the holidays. We were warmly welcomed by Vito Trichilo, who immediately made the process feel approachable and stress-free. He took the time to answer our questions thoroughly and clearly explained what would be involved in replacing our existing fireplace unit and mantel.
After doing our research and finalizing the style we envisioned, we returned to Omega Mantels to meet with Vito again. We worked with Gabriel to design and build what we considered to be the perfect mantel for our family room. Gabriel came to our home and was very pleasant to work with. He listened to our thoughts, answered our questions and made suggestions as appropriate. The mantel was ready when promised and still crated to protect it from damage in transportation when the installers delivered. After installation, Gabriel continued to serve us and recommended a product to seal the stone (after having let it dry for about a month). Also his confidence about the mantel being able to withstand the heat of the fireplace (it gets very hot) was reassuring. We receive compliments from all who see the mantel. Thank you Omega Mantels.
