We worked with Gabriel to design and build what we considered to be the perfect mantel for our family room. Gabriel came to our home and was very pleasant to work with. He listened to our thoughts, answered our questions and made suggestions as appropriate. The mantel was ready when promised and still crated to protect it from damage in transportation when the installers delivered. After installation, Gabriel continued to serve us and recommended a product to seal the stone (after having let it dry for about a month). Also his confidence about the mantel being able to withstand the heat of the fireplace (it gets very hot) was reassuring. We receive compliments from all who see the mantel. Thank you Omega Mantels. You have a happy customer.

I love my new fireplace surround and heath. It is a statement piece in the room, cool, modern, I love it. I never could have designed this on my own. Grace sent me designs, gave advice, and we kept tweaking the design until it was perfect. She worked with my builder to ensure the measurements were exact and even spent time with me afterward to make sure I knew how to care for it. Exceptional customer service and a high quality product.

My experience with Liam was incredible. He was patient, detail oriented and really cared about my project and needs. He went above and beyond to help me design a complicated mantle and hearth in a very tight space proving anything is possible with a good designer. The install process was so simple and easy, I was so surprised. I love it; it’s a game changer for my living room aesthetic.

We replaced our old fireplace with a Mendota FV46, dual vent fireplace. We chose Omega Mantles for the surround. What was an out of date eyesore is now the focal point of our home. We couldn't be happier with Omega. The surround perfectly matched our existing millwork. This was enabled by the substantial models offered by Omega. The installation was a breeze requiring only two cuts. Installation was completed by two carpenters, not masons, in 4 hours. We strongly recommend Omega Mantels.

The experience working with Omega Mantels was awesome from the get go. I contacted them and I was introduced to Vitto who was professional , knowledgeable and just a nice guy. Vitto made the whole process easy and stress free. He was there to sell us a mantle that we wanted. He listened to what we wanted and gave us his honest opinion, which we appreciated. When Vitto told us that something was going to happen it happened, the time lines were followed and he did his best to expedite the install. We were able to get our mantel in a timely fashion and the install was fast and clean. We are very pleased with the product and the finish of the mantel and would highly recommend Omega Mantels and Vitto.

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to pick out, order, and install our new cultured stone mantel. Gino set up a zoom meeting to review what I was looking for and get dimensions, sent me samples and an estimate, then we had a few more meetings to finalize details. Once the mantel was delivered, we were able to do all the installation ourselves. I've included our before and after photos. I'm thrilled with the outcome and would highly recommend Omega.

Our experience with Omega Mantels has been exceptional from beginning to end. Working with Gabriel was a pleasure, and we were thoroughly impressed by his attention to detail and the level of service he provided. From the initial quote request, Gabriel guided us through every step, helping us choose the right material and finish, and advising us on the entire mantel design. We encountered a few issues with our fireplace installation from another company and Gabriel identified some flaws that would affect our mantel installation. He immediately took steps to rectify the problem with the other company. To me, this exemplifies outstanding customer service. Although the entire process took some time from start to finish, it was well worth it when we saw our stunning mantel. We were a bit nervous about the installation, but it went smoothly, thanks to Gabriel's availability to answer our questions and provide helpful tips. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to build or upgrade their fireplace. We couldn't be happier!
