Words can not express my gratitude to Dr Joyce I had an extremely bad accident at work and tried a number of clinics and could barely walk or lift my arm up and my mental health was taking a nose dive down the road of no return and I couldn't remember the last time I smiled, I then traveled from Auckland to Palmerston North Dr Joyce worked with my MRI and bone scans , (which other clinic's didn't) I wasn't expecting miracles I had my first full night sleep after the first visit and after a number sessions later I actually walked in properly and smiled a genuine smile, and was a little emotional
The before and after is like day and night.
And let's not forget her amazing Team and VIP'S who welcome me with there warmth and kindness every visit.
And their dog friendly And I've been bringing in my puppy since 8 Weeks old and Miss Pickle loves to visit and sit with the ladies and get pats.

I had been going somewhere else for my back concerns, however had not had much change. Hence I had heard re Joyce at Omega from a few clients of mine. Best decision I made to switch. I am in less pain and more flexible with my osteoarthritis in hip & lower back.

Relatively easy to get in and the reception staff are lovely but that is about it on the positive front.
Having used chiropractors over the last 30 odd years I thought I would know what to expect but this is the first clinic where the chiropractor actually REALLY hurt me during treatment and where, despite weekly treatments I did not really get much better over a 3 month period. One should not be left dreading going in for a session because you know that the chiropractor is going to hurt you but that is where I got to with this clinic. They are crazy rushed and I got the sense that they are far more interested in my wallet than actually helping me.
I’ve moved across to a different clinic in town now and the level of care is sooooo much better there. All I can say is avoid this practice and use one of the other clinics in town rather.

We will bend over backwards to make sure you are well taken care of, there are lots of things we could have done to help remediate this- like offer you to see another practitioner, as every person is so unique- as are our providers style. We can't fix things that we don't know about.

Had never seen a chiropractor before so had no expectations but was pleasantly surprised. I didn't think I would recover as quickly. Mercy is awesome, friendly, explained everything and was happy to listen. Would totally recommend Omega Chiropractic. The front office staff are amazing too and very accommodating.

I highly recommend Omega Chiropractor. I personally see Joyce, she is amazing. She makes you feel very relaxed. I had neck pain and was suffering from migraines often. I started going to Joyce when I was 20 weeks pregnant. My whole pregnancy I felt good and I believe getting adjusted frequently was the reason my baby was in a good position and birth was fast and efficient!
Amazing staff. I honestly believe without their amazing abilities my disability would have stopped my mobility. And the support staff have been the most friendly and welcoming people.
