Jeff and the team at Omega did a great job animal proofing our house. Jeff took the time to explain the process to remove animals from the house before submitting a bid - he had pictures to help show what was going to happen. The whole team was very easy to work with. No more noises in the attic!

Omega was a pleasure to work with at a time when dealing with an unpleasant issue. Multiple wildlife forms had invaded our attic requiring a whole home exclusion and complete attic restoration. Jeff was great! We've been dealing with an absolute nightmare of a roof rat problem. 6 pest control companies have come out and nobody could figure out how to stop them coming in. Before we bought the house a company did an extensive exclusion but it seems the prior homeowners were still getting rodent issues. Jeff did a thorough, very professional inspection. He figured out that they were using a very sneaky method that everybody else missed involving the drain vent over our master bathroom Everybody else was stumped. Excellent work!

He carefully inspected the house I’m planning to buy, explained evidence of past rodent activity, showed how potential entry points had been properly sealed, and confirmed there are no signs of current issues. He also shared helpful tips on maintaining the home going forward. Since no active rodent problem was found, he didn’t charge for the visit, which really speaks to his honesty and integrity. I highly recommend his services.

I wish Omega does business in every trade. The most capable, honest, and fairly priced company I have found. Jeff has been amazing in helping us dealing with the raccoon problem. Heard raccoon baby crying over the weekend and I was very stressed out. I called Omega on Monday morning and was lucky enough to pick up an opening time for Jeff in the afternoon. Jeff was super knowledgeable and thorough about finding all the possible entry points, explain in great detail about how they will be sealed. I have a complicated situation with Raccoon babies in attic with many different entry points, Jeff has seen it all! Not a single moment I felt he is pressuring me to go with Omega, and just simply wants to help find the best solutions to humanly remove the raccoons family. Jeff and Omega truly think from the perspective of the customers, just professional advice, detailed explanation, and fair price. Very grateful I found them!

Omega came out the very next day, and the difference was like night and day! They were honest in their assessment of our pest problem, and they were courteous in addressing all of our questions. They did a very effective job treating our attic space, and their work outside our home blended beautifully with the brickwork and trim.
