I contacted Omega on the weekend. I requested services and got a response within 30 minutes. They scheduled someone to come out that next week. Jeff came and he was very knowledgeable about rodents and how they enter the home and the damage they can do. He gave me a plan and always showed up on time. Great customer service. They came back to do the repairs. Both Jeff and the guy that worked with him very very nice and professional. I would recommend Omega for any of your rodent control needs.

I contacted Omega animal removal because of a squirrel problem in my yard. They called me to discuss the problem and informed me that it wouldn’t be worth my time or money to hire them or any other company because services are typically focused on squirrel problems inside the house. The representative I spoke to explained the difficulty of eliminating squirrels from outside the house and told me several different ways that I could try to deter the squirrels. He said many companies will tell you they can eliminate squirrels outside the house, but the reality is that it’s very expensive because you have to continue to monitor the problem on a regular basis and most of the time they don’t. However, they will take your money! He took a lot of time to answer all of my questions and convinced me he was very knowledgeable about the subject. I really appreciated his honesty and the company’s long-term approach in developing customers and their business. I will definitely use Omega in the future!

Jeff showed up 30 minutes ahead of schedule and put in an amazing effort to help me locate an opossum that had taken up residency in my garage. It must have been hiding in the Katt Williams Nutcracker statues 🤣 Aside from that, he showed me all of the trouble spots in the garage and on the roof that needed attention. There’s nothing greater than an a fair and honest business, and Jeff put a face to a business I can easily recommend to others.

Jeff was kind enough to come out and told us basically that all we needed to do was properly seal our home and that he saw no evidence of rodents. I am very satisfied with my interaction with Jeff, and Omega Animal Removal. Jeff was very patient explaining how they would address our non-family member cohabitating with us in our attic. He identified an issue that would take priority over their solution and positioned this as such to correct things properly at a savings to me. Work was done , on time, as well as all follow up. Their work worked as expected, our invasive pet has been evicted removing on-going familial fear. If you are experiencing the same in your home, you cannot go wrong considering Jeff and his team.
