When I got my estimate from Jeff, I was in the middle of fixing the soffits of my house. He suggested I call him back when the work is done so he could give me a more confident guarantee of his work. I have never been MORE comfortable spending my money on any kind of house work than I was with Jeff. I requested him to return when the soffits were complete and he was able to do this job for me in a timely manner. I appreciated his knowledge and his advice for maintenance and future prevention of our little attic critters. Most of all I appreciated his honesty. We had Omega out two years ago to take care of a raccoon intrusion under our eaves. Jeff made sure that there were no animals still in the roof and then did the work to animal-proof the whole house and exterior. We have kept up our whole home warranty with Omega, and it has paid off. Today Jeff came back out to repair a small attempted entry spot that we had noticed. Absolutely stellar work and service.

Great work by these guys. Super detailed in estimate process and prompt on all appointments. Been fighting rodents for awhile and think these gouts haves solved the problem.

We purchased a home that had extensive animal droppings in the attic, and Omega removed the old insulation, cleaned the attic and replaced the insulation for us. They were efficient and professional, and were meaningfully more affordable than another major pest company that we’ve used for other service. Would definitely recommend.

We used Omega to remedy a raccoon guest we inherited when we moved into a new home. They did a great job sealing the bottom of our home and were honest and up front in recommendations about what else we should do and what else was really critical to do in order to keep out additional rodents and unwanted (animal) guests. They also offered a lifetime warranty on their work, which we ended up utilizing after we had some landscaping done and some of the barriers were displaced. Since that initial work, I have called them to come out to check on noises in the attic. Fortunately nothing was there, but they are always super responsive and beyond wonderful to deal with. I can't recommend this company enough! Our point of contact is and has been Jeff, who is so patient and great at explaining the removal process and wildlife situations.
Omega has been awsome. They got rid of the rats and squirrels as well as sealing up all posterity points. Their guys are professional and very clean and knowledgeable I highly recommend them a thousand times over.

Jeff and the team at Omega did a great job animal proofing our house.
Jeff took the time to explain the process to remove animals from the house before submitting a bid - he had pictures to help show what was going to happen. The whole team was very easy to work with.
