Omega did an outstanding job throughout the whole process of animal removal, sanitation, and replacement of insulation in my attic - and even though a job like this is never inexpensive, they had the most competitive price compared to the level of service provided. We used Omega Animal Removal over seven years ago and recently had to call them back out. The gentleman that came out was Raul. He was timely, courteous, professional and did a thorough inspection. He found an area that needed to be resealed due to roof work we had done to our home. He communicated his findings with me and shared pictures of the before and after work. Oh, did I mention this was covered under my original lifetime warranty? Yes, my warranty was still in tact and honored.
Raul made my day along with giving me a peace of mind knowing that my home was sealed from unwanted critters!
Also, I must mention that Chandler is always helpful when I reach out for service or with any questions concerning my warranty. I had a recent concern and he researched the issue and made sure everything was correct and taken care of.
It’s a pleasure to receive great service from the initial contact of requesting service with Chandler to the actual service person in this case Raul, whom was great!
So, after over seven years, I would still highly recommend Omega Animal Removal.
