We hired Omega ten years ago to remove pests from our attic, do a full inspection for possible entry points, and make any necessary repairs. Although it was pricey at the time, they backed their work with a lifetime guarantee. Recently, we started hearing critters again and contacted them, honestly not expecting the guarantee to still be honored after all these years. Not only are they standing by the guarantee, but they are going above and beyond to help us rectify the situation. It’s rare to find a company with this level of integrity and customer service. We truly can’t recommend Omega enough and we are so grateful to them. If you need pest control, call Omega!

I have been very pleased with the service I received from Omega Animal Removal. Every person I dealt with was very professional, from the initial operator who answers the phone, the inspector who took all the pictures and the men who came out to repaired my house. The gentleman who first came out to asses my house took lots of pictures inside and outside. He showed me the racoon paw prints, there were large prints and baby prints, and he showed me how they were getting in. The estimate is very detailed, so you know what you are paying for. They were very punctual and arrived at the time they said they would arrive. They placed a one way door so the animals could exit but were not able to come back in. They placed some metal flashing and painted it to match the house perfectly. It was quiet for several days, and then I heard scratching in between the walls. Raul came out that afternoon, he found a new hole created by rats. He sealed up the hole and walked all around the house and sealed any and all cracks. I had some foundation repair work done last month. I called and Raul came out and inspected the house, a few new spots to seal and all is well. It's quiet all night long!! They mean it when they say they will come out and inspect and seal up any new cracks or holes created by new critters at no charge. I am happy to deal with a company that doesn't nickel and dime you every time you call.

A professional company that will always solve a complex situation and will not give up until the problem is solved. Omega treats their clients with respect and even after they are paid in full, they will come back to treat your home making sure these persistent rodents are gone for good. In our initial contact with Omega a few years ago we were dealing with rats in our attic. They did a great job identifying the places where the critters were getting in and sealing the access points. Recently we found a new hole that appeared to be a problem. Raul came out, repaired it very securely, and even painted it with leftover exterior paint to match. As a precaution in case any rats might still be in the attic he laid out traps and followed up a week later, finding one trap sprung and one dead varmint. We're keeping an eye out but I'm pretty sure that's the end of it for now. I highly recommend the company.

I had Omega seal our house 8 years ago and never had a problem. I even recommended them to friends in the neighborhood. The cost was not cheap, but the service is great! I had Raul come out today just to take a look since it has been 8 years and I had some flashing fixed on my roof. He did a thorough review. Peace of mind is a great thing to have these days.
