We completed treatment with Omega about a month ago. We had a nest of mice right above our bedroom in an inaccessible area of the attic that we could hear at night. I was worried they were going to die inside and smell up our new home. Jeff came up with a plan of a series of visits of exclusion, baiting/trapping that collected all the mice until they were gone. They also cleaned and sanitized our attic to remove the rodent droppings Jeff was professional, knowledgeable and resilient against our challenging problem. Thanks Omega Team!

This is the place to call for rat problems and if you live in DFW, there is a high likelihood that you have a problem!

Had a little vermin crawling on my patio and digging up my grass for nesting. Previously had an exclusion in 2017 from a dead rodent in the attic and never want to relive that experience again. A new roof was put on late April and my previous company was gone so I needed a referral. My neighbor had Omega for a confirmed problem in attic that was resolved and passed on the info. Jared came out on time did an evaluation and sent an estimate that evening I thought it was reasonable and much better then having a problem then calling. I scheduled for the following week and the team came early headed by Gilmer and Francisco plus two other crew. They worked non-stop in the early morning heat each seemed to know their job efficiently and communicated. Besides the exclusion Gilmer designed a rat proof metal screen around the base of our rolling cantilever umbrella, looks good. We knew the rat was snacking underneath when we moved it. I need to mention as well that the follow up from the office by Chandler is excellent whether it’s a call back or text. The entire experience went without a hitch, highly recommended.

Highly recommend Omega! They diagnosed our issue and got the work done quickly and humanely. Wilson was very responsive and thorough. Noah and Noe worked efficiently and sometimes in the blazing hot sun on the roof but always had a good disposition and excellent customer service. These guys know their business and handled our tricky tile roof issues very well. Their trap door solution worked exactly as they described and we are rid of our raccoon squatters.

Several years ago we hired Omega for rat removal from attic. Raul and his crew did a professional job of identifying and sealing entry points and removing the rodents. I found Omega's pricing to be more reasonable than others and the only one to back their work with a lifetime guarantee. A couple of weeks ago I began to hear the tell-tale sounds of rodents in the attic, so called Omega. Raul was here the next day quickly located the new entry and took care of the problem. Raul came back about a week later to check that the problem had not reoccurred (it hadn't. I highly recommend Omega and especially Raul for this or similar problems.
