I would NOT recommend this inspector/company. He stated the cabinets were not new-contridicting the homeowner, who had proof of purchase - yet the inspector admitted he never opened the cabinets not checked the hinges to verify. Making definitive claims without acrtually inspecting is unacceptable in the industry and raises serious concerns about the accuracy of the entire report.

Danny did a good job explaining to us everything he observed and clearly classifying which ones were normal aging issues and which ones were important to address immediately. His inspection was methodical. We are very very satisfied with his reporting. However as a homeowner I would need more time staying in the home in order to make sure nothing major shows up in the next few months. Hence I plan to come back in a few months and provide an update at that time. If all is well I will change this rating to a 5 star rating

Danny caught quite a few things... but he also didn't go in 3/4ths of our attic because he had "fallen through someone's ceiling recently and didn't want to again." So now after having been in the house for 3 months we've uncovered $8,000+ of fixes up there he didn't go look for.
