Working with Nathan was great. Everything was very professional and simple. Scheduling an inspection on short notice was a very easy process, and the communication throughout the whole process was clear. The inspection itself was very thorough, and Nathan did a great job of explaining his findings; he was also able to easily provide the HUD foundation certification we needed and got our report to us very quickly.
This was the most comprehensive inspection I have ever gotten. My relator also commented on how great the pictures were on the report. It made a huge difference in our final negotiations on our home.
