Olshan's repaired our foundation and installed a tree root barrier in Cypress, TX. The crew of Angel, Santo, Rolando, and Miguel arrived on time, were courteous and explained each step of the job. They cleaned up the job site each evening and at the end it was done very well. Rory provide good support on the initial inspection and was very helpful in understanding our options.
Fabulous job!! Had my house's foundation leveled (29 piles and polyurethane). Work occurred over four days. The piles work was done by Ruben, Nery, Uvaldo, Angel and Luis. They were quick and efficient, answered all my questions about the process as we went along. They left my yard in almost exactly the way it started (I was amazed, based on the amount of dirt they dug up, they could get it back to normal {no plants were lost either and sprinkler system worked as normal too}). The poly guys (Cameron and Jose) were in and out of the house (drilling seven holes through the foundation in the house) quickly. They were very careful with furniture and cleaned up all the drilling mess like they weren't even there. Overall fabulous job. Highly recommended. Also, thanks to John for a detailed explanation and quote for the project and Thomas for overseeing the project (especially the level part).
Dave Klotzbuecher took a look at the concerns that he was called out to look at. Then he made a complete survey of the exterior of the home and advised the things they look at that will show evidence of a slab issue. That was the area below the facia boards and its contact with the brick; corners of the house where the covering boards go around the ends of the Hardy Boards; the caulking around the windows; etc. He also provided a suggestion that we look at of the landscaping soil that comes in contact with the slab that should be at least 3 inches from the top of the soil to the top of the slab such that with a heavy rain it would not flood the house because the water does not have an opportunity to drain away from the slab fast enough.
Dave then looked inside the house for Sheetrock cracking, sticky doors, if there was any gaps in the crown molding connections, etc.
Overall, Dave did a thorough evaluation of the house inside and out and fortunately for me did not find any slab issues.
Thank you Dave for your explanation to me of what you would look for to determine if there are the beginnings of slab issues and pointers you gave me to make sure my home doesn’t flood should we get a heavy rain. Your expertise and explanation was greatly appreciated.

From start to finish, our experience with Olshan was absolutely exceptional. Everyone—from John Romero, our structural technician, to Jesus Lopez, the production manager, and the entire work crew (Dennison, Dindo, Martin, Martinez, and Evit)—provided outstanding service. Each gentleman was professional, informative, detailed, and genuinely friendly.
We were amazed by the results. Walls that had previously separated were brought back together seamlessly, and a floor that once had a noticeable slope is now perfectly level. Their expertise and precision truly exceeded our expectations.
We sincerely hope we never have to deal with foundation issues again, but if we did, we would not hesitate to choose Olshan a second time. We cannot say enough about how pleased we are with their work.

We were very pleased with our recent purchase of a foundation watering system from Olshan. Olshan representative Josh G. came to our home, evaluated our internal settling during drought periods and presented multiple options for our consideration. After we chose the Foundation Watering System, Melissa, in the main office, worked with us to set up a manageable schedule and provided excellent communication between plumbing and trench digging steps, as well as payment assistance. We also appreciated the one-year warranty on our system and Olshan’s Radar Scan service of our foundation. I recently noticed a few issues in my home, like some sticking doors and cracks in the kitchen and toilet tiles, along with several drywall cracks inside. The garage floor even has a triangular crack right where I park my Tesla Model Y! I reached out to about 3 or 4 companies for quotes, and while their prices were on the higher side, I completely understood why—they were proposing to install 18 Cable Lock SR Hybrid Steel piers beneath my post-tension slab house built in 2009 in Cinco Ranch, Katy. I recently called Olshan to come check my foundation because of cracks inside my house. Aaron came and did the measurements, and yes, I did have issues.
I picked their cable lock program for repairing the foundation. This week they came and worked on my foundation for three days to repair and raise the house and looks better now.
