I’ve been bringing my fur babies Coby and Brownise to OLO groomer, Carissa, for grooming over the past few years, and I can confidently say she is absolutely amazing at what she does. Her consistency, patience, and genuine care for animals really stand out.
Carissa always takes the time to understand my pet’s needs and preferences, and the results are consistently excellent—clean, well-groomed, and happy every single time. What I appreciate most is how gentle and attentive she is, especially when handling more sensitive moments during grooming.
It’s clear that she truly loves what she does, and that passion reflects in her work. I trust her completely, and it gives me peace of mind knowing my pet is in such capable hands.

I have been a long time customer with Olo, and over time the experience has grown into something more personal than just a grooming service.
My pup Moochi has been under the care of Isaac and Clarissa, and I honestly trust them completely. They are incredibly attentive to his needs and always very accommodating with my requests, no matter how small. It never feels transactional. They take the time to listen, remember, and genuinely care.
What I appreciate most is how they balance efficiency with kindness, always putting Moochi’s comfort and experience first. He comes back calm, happy, and well groomed, which says a lot about how he is treated.
Over the years, Isaac and Clarissa have become more than just groomers. They feel like family friends who look out for Moochi as if he were their own. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Jan 2026: noticed the groomers changed quite a bit. The recent grooming was less than satisfactory - cut was uneven and appears patchy. The dog looks so ugly now and probably so for CNY.
Previous review 10 months ago: The team is good with dogs and was gentle with the fur kids there. Grooming was completed under 2 hours and my girl was happy and looking neat and smelling good.
I am so happy with the dental cleaning result for my both fur babies. Both fur babies happy. Definitely will come back for their teeth maintenance. Isaac is very professional and kind, thanks so much ❤️
We found OLO 4 years ago after multiple trial at various groomers where we kept bringing home an unsatisfied dog (he knows it when the haircut is bad… very much a diva). OLO is the only groomer our dog feels comfortable with. Isaac is exceptionally good but I’m also confident to say that all of the groomers under his wing have never once disappointed us. Our dog has entered his senior years along the way. More care and time is required due to his delicate state. OLO understood the needs of a senior dog. They gave our dog extra care and time to ensure that he’s treated the right way. We are so glad to have followed OLO all these years. #BLESSED
Staff were very friendly and patient, good service. Store design was warm and being able to watch my pet throughour the groom was a plus..
We are so glad to have found Olo and been on their package ever since we found them one year ago. Had tried other groomers before but we particularly like how Victor our groomer and the supporting grooming team are so patient and kind. We love how our furbaby has a much more positive experience with them compared to other groomers. And Victor has such great skills cutting our Maltipoo’s fur and giving him the floof and shape we just think is so adorable on him!
We do groom services monthly and love that they just charge based on the services they think your dog needs. Never upselling. And most importantly our dog is having a great grooming experience. Thank you Olo! 🫶🫶

Bought a package at opening thinking they wjll maintain the standard from the previous groomer, With Pets. Unfortunately that is not the case. The grooming standard drop from bad to worse after the 3rd session.
The fur was poorly groomed, with saliva stain not fully removed and my dog refused to walk when he realised I’m taking him to towards the OLO. Totally unlike his usual behavior when he was With Pets.
Today they decide take my same-day appointment request BUT decide to enforce their 15-min rule (when they have never in the past), text me to cancel my appointment when I’m already at their door with my dog.
Really disappointing experience. You can keep the package. I won’t patronize again.
Presumption owner that makes inaccurate assumptions. Instead of reflecting, you just spend effort to debunk feedback. Your records are wrong: I had 3 grooming (18 July, 28 May, 4 April).
Just because my friend wanted to ask around for rates doesn’t equate to your grooming is high standard. I also ask Pet Lagoon for my friend.
Regarding the incident today, if you don’t have capacity, then don’t accept same day booking - I made plans around your acceptance of my booking. Don’t selectively enforce your 15-min rule on your whimsical fancy.

2. Grooming quality – At every checkout, when our staff asked if everything was okay, you confirmed the grooming was fine. Concerns such as saliva stains were never raised with us in person or via WhatsApp. We always encourage feedback immediately so that adjustments can be made on the spot, but no issues were flagged until this review.
3. Grace period policy – Our 15-minute grace period is applied fairly across all customers to ensure we do not inconvenience others. When Harvey’s appointment exceeded this, our groomers could no longer slot him in without disrupting subsequent appointments. We offered alternatives (rescheduling or converting to a Basic Groom), but these were declined.
4. Refund request – Our grooming programs are non-refundable, except under specific circumstances such as the passing of a beloved pet or direct negligence on OLO’s part.
