Oli came to our rental house in Gordes and treated us to an afternoon of delicious food and treats. Beautiful summer salads, barbecue, a huge charcuterie and lovely steak dinner, potatoes and veggies. Millefeuille to top it all off. The weather certainly didn’t cooperate, but his food made up for it. Highly recommend allowing Oli to treat you to his talented culinary abilities. So much fun. Un gros merci, Oli. Chef Olivier prepared meals twice for our little group of 6 in Gordes. They were amazing; we only wish we could have had him cook another meal for us! Each course was unique and wonderful. He is a lovely young man who is clearly a very experienced and talented chef.

Our family of 8 had the distinct pleasure of welcoming Oli into our home on a couple occasions during our vacation in France. Most memorably, Oli curated an exquisite and unforgettable meal to celebrate a 60th birthday. Zeker een aanrader! We hebben zeer lekker gegeten. De chef maakte alles ter plaatse klaar. Wij moesten enkel onze voeten onder tafel schuiven. Achteraf werd alles zeer proper achtergelaten. Kortom, een unieke restaurant ervaring op ons vakantieadres!

We found Oli quite by chance last summer whilst staying in Provence. He provided private chef service for 10 of us on two separate occasions . His menu choices, his food, service and wine choices were brilliant. Everybody really enjoyed the evenings with Oli. He left the kitchen spotless and it’s a shame we couldn’t bring him home.

The experience with Chef Bergeron was fantastic! Olivier prepared a multi-course meal that delighted the senses. The dishes looked and smelled beautiful - and were absolutely delicious! We still reference his perfectly poached pears, and I'm still trying to recreate his ridiculously tasty hassleback potatoes. Olivier came well-prepared, worked magic in a strange kitchen, and left the kitchen spotless. Just writing this review is making me realize I need another trip to France! Olivier, thanks for the wonderful memories!
