OK family dent did an awesome job on our RAV4 with hail damage David made it easy brought a rental car to us and picked our RAV4 up & brought my RAV4 back to us when it was completed,we live 140 miles from OKC. I want to thank Oklahoma Family Dent for everything. Matt and Don made sure my family and I was taken care of while my car was in the shop. They make you feel like your part of their family and make sure your are taken care of. My vehicle is beautiful and looks brand new. I was just short of a total loss from hail and my car was returned beautiful. Customer service was amazing. I couldn’t recommend them more. They did a curtesy patch to my tire and got the stains out of my seats. Would definitely return because they made it so painless. 6 out of 5 review.

I had hail damage on 3 vehicles, I was referred to Oklahoma Dent by a friend, Michael came to my house and looked at my vehicles, David then contacted me about the process, Del brought me a loaner vehicle all 3 times when they would finish a vehicle, Del would come and swap out another, I never had to deal with Insurance company one time, David was in constant communication with me through the complete process, a special shout out to Driss,Brian and Daniel, you guys do amazing work, I went to their shop and personally met each of these guys I mentioned in this review, this company is the complete package, I highly recommend.

Top marks to Josh and David and the whole Oklahoma Family Dent team! They did a wonderful job on my truck and made the whole process very easy. They handled everything with the insurance company, gave me a loaner vehicle and brought my truck back cleaner than the day I bought it. 10/10 would recommend!

Customer Service is not dead! Straight shooters, and they focus on what it will take to get the job done right and not just what the insurance companies want to pay. To the point we ended up not doing business because insurance came in low, and OKFD responded with sorry insurance but you’re not even close to repair the vehicle properly for the customer. Meaning they care about doing you right, not just making money. Go see these guys for a no BS assessment of your hail damage, they are squared away.

What can I say that would be grand enough for how they took care of my big dent (Sonia post on a Saturday no less! ) it looks fantastic - Hong was a magician! It looks great - will come back when hail hits or another post run- in. Oh and David told me to mention how handsome he is!

Oklahoma Family Dent repaired the hail damage on my 2021 Chevy Tahoe RST and did a fantastic job. Not only was the repair top notch, but the service I received from Michael Garcia and David Gorena far exceeded my expectations and they were available to assist me throughout the entire process. They handled all the work with my insurance and even provided a loaner vehicle at no expense. The loaner was delivered to my house when they picked up my Tahoe, and my vehicle was delivered to me at my office when the work was complete. I highly recommend Oklahoma Family Dent for all hail repair, and if possible, I recommend working with Michael G. and David G., not only for their professionalism, but bc they also delivered on every promise, which is rare these days.

I Love the work they did on my Tahoe, they took the rental to our house and I didn't have to worry about taking the car to the shop and deal with traffic, when my car was finished they took it all the way to my house , that's a great service right there !!!
